Top Ersatzteilversorgung!

Auch die Ersatzteilversorgung ist klasse. Ich habe noch ein Erdgeschoss-Schaltauge als Reserve bestellt. Vielen Dank für die schnelle und reibungslose Abwicklung.

Very helpfull customer service

thanks to advice me, to delete the order for 2 bottom bracket tools, because there was already one included with the Bottom Bracket order. Also refund to the Creditcard worked in time.
Thanks very much for this Very good Client Service.

Stunning beautiful bikes & Awesome people

I don't normally write reviews but there's always a first time I guess.

You get well-designed, super high-quality bikes where you can feel how much work and love the people at Standert have put into it. In addition, the customer service is excellent and as a customer you are very well taken care of and involved as you receive status updates on your order, which only increases the anticipation.

And honestly,everytime I see or ride my new Kreissäge RS it's Just Love <3

I would really like to give 5 stars but I had a few issues with the Shipping provider TNT Express which detracted a little from the overall shopping experience.

My Standert number ?? lost count :-)
This Kreissage RS combined with my FFWD RAW44 wheels is magic. Really! Perfect for crit racing, the geometry feels like a custom bike to me. Standert's service has been and continues to be sublime.

Expensive

I am happy with my Kreissäge RS. It looks very good and the quality makes a good impression, as far as I can tell.
However, the delivery times are very long and the price for an aluminium frame is a bit steep.

Hello there!

Good to hear that you are happy with your order so far. There are multiple reason for longer delivery times. One of them being the fact that every frame is hand made and hand painted. That in itself slows down the production as we want to guarantee a high quality. Another reason is that every frame is inspected and prepared by our in-house mechanics. Being a relatively small team with a rather big order volume we are doing as best as we can to ship out every order in time. With holidays and sick leaves a small delay can happen which we apology for.

We hope that you enjoy your bike and it will last you a long time.
