The Standert team is very friendly and competent. Shipment to Switzerland was all organized for me -very convenient. Waiting time was a little longer than expected, but the product is worth waiting and I was regularly informed about the process.
The bike “Bürgermeister*in Purple Reign” that I bought is from an esthetic point of view a masterpiece. The geometry of the frame and the composition of colors delight my eyes. The combination of a classic steel frame geometry with modern components is great. 13.6 kilos for a bike with dynamo, lights, mudguards and a bell is fine. The driving experience is a perfect mix of smoothness (the bike absorbs some of the roughness of the road and gives me a feeling of gliding -compared to the aluminium frame that I hat before), agility (due to the short wheelbase) and speed (there is this feeling that all the power of my muscles goes straight to the road).

All good. Frame set was packed really well. No worries for damage or anything. Communication with Standert (Alex /shipping) and Peter (Tipps for installation) was really helpful.
Four stars because delivery could have been a little quicker. Waited almost six weeks for the frame set. As Peter told me, Standert is working on a little how to install the frame. Would be great for the future.

Took 5 weeks instead of 1 to 3(for a frameset so not a complete bike), but the frame looks very nice

Frame arrived on time. Ran into a small issue, the rear dropout was somehow damaged and incapable of fitting my wheelset. I had to shave some of the metal off. This was an easy task but not something you would expect from a brand new frameset. Some of the details about the frame I would change such as the placement of di2 grommets and my mismatched color headset if you chose the silver option (comes with a black seat collar) otherwise, frame looks great, rides great. overall 4/5 experience wise

Bestellung eines Jobrades lief absolut perfekt. Auf Fragen per Mail wurde schnell geantwortet. Sogar ein paar Sonderwünsche wurden unkompliziert erfüllt. Lieferung des Rades erfolgte schneller als angekündigt. Vormontage und Material in top Qualität. Immer wieder gerne!

Everything went super smoothly and quickly ! Alex, the salesman, was very reactive when I asked about few modifications in my order. He even sped the process up to get my bike faster ! By getting precise information during the delivery process, I was feeling completely secure. Overall, I would do the experience more than once if only I'd have more money to spend into bikes !

It took a while to get the bike to me. But I was kept abreast of all the different steps taken by the team.
When it arrived it was well packaged and was in great shape.
The bike itself looks great and I can’t wait to have the first hours on the bike.

Such a fun bike! Very snappy, just dives into corners but also comfortable for long rides. Tubeless has really taken alloy bikes to the next level. Absolutely worth the wait for the restock!

Love the sweat shirt and more than happy to support a local bike shop with a story. Went to high school in Germany and saw your story on GCN. Just nice having something different here in the states!

It was all great, I'm really happy with my bike.
But I would have expected a little bit more information from your side when I've ordered the bike.
No information came, it all went via jobRad and I think it would have been nice to get some notifications regarding the status etc. from you.
