Got it fast and all was great. Weird thing was that their carton box had a really strong smell

Hvis jeg kunne give mindre, så ville jeg! Jeg bestilte 2 varer den 11/5-24 og jeg har intet modtaget endnu. Har skrevet med kundeservice gang på gang og lige lidt sker der. Godt og grundig træt af dem. Nu er kampen så at få mine penge retur fra dem grundet manglende levering. Pot ringe - min anbefaling er aldrig at bestille fra dem.

After ordering from Stanley and immediately after paying via Ideal, my order was canceled by Stanley. It is now 4 weeks later and no money has been returned yet. people don't order is a scamming company.

I bought several of their products most recently the Quencher which leaks from the lid. You can literally see that there is a gap between the lid and cup which was not there when the cup was first purchased. The company sent me a message stating that they do not advertise the Quencher to be leakproof. When there is a visible gap between lid and cup, there is an obvious defect in the product. This isn't like if you tip the cup over that a little bit of liquid comes out. For the price of this product, at least stand behind your quality.

I have been a loyal Stanley customer for years. I have purchased dozens of items in the past 8 years as I resell abroad. Perhaps more than 600, so I can safely say that I spent a few thousand dollars.
I contacted them for the first time ever over a defective thermos that they sent me.
They requested pictures, which I sent, and they never bothered to respond.
You have to be very bad at what you do to turn a loyal customer who loves you into someone that dislikes you.

Ich habe einen Quencher als Geschenk bestellt und da dieser dann doch nicht benötigt wurde, habe ich ihn innerhalb der 30 Tage per Rücksende Etikett von Stanley zurück geschickt.
Am 23.04.24 habe ich dann die Bestätigung per Mail erhalten, dass die Ware eingetroffen ist und ich innerhalb von 10 Werktagen meine Rückerstattung erhalte. Seitdem habe ich nichts mehr von Stanley gehört und auch keine Erstattung erhalten! Auf meine Emails wird einfach nicht reagiert und auch über Paypal kommt keine Reaktion. Ich habe versucht über Social Media Kontakt aufzunehmen, doch auch hier keine Reaktion!!! Es ist einfach unverschämt und betrügerisch was diese Firma hier abzieht. Ich habe jetzt weder die Ware noch mein Geld.
Ich kann jedem nur davon abraten dort etwas zu kaufen!!

Would have put 0 if it was an option. Returned an item to then not be refunded. Submitted a ticket to ask for the refund after 3 weeks, got an email to say we have received your item. Surely it does not take 3 weeks to receive an item. Then when I was FINALLY refunded I was refunded £4.95 and £7.99. I paid £49.95 for my order. Submitted another ticket and I am still waiting for a response after 3 days. Shocking customer service.

As mentioned in other reviews, their warranty policy is ridiculous. It took them 4moths to tell me they were not going to replace my cup that was hand washed only and started to rust inside. Stanely is not a durable or reliable product as they tout it to be.

OMG! terrible, overrated sippie cup

I say -1 .. I ordered a tumbler for my kids birthday on feb 10/24 and its the 29th and no mug. i got one email saying they got my money but nothing saying when its to be delivered. I tracked the order, and it says the same thing. No shipping date . Just we got ur money. I have emailed them numerous times and no responce. So they basically took my 50 bucks and ran. They claim they so friendly and eager to answer your concerns. And thats a lie. And they steal. And until i get my mug or a responce ... THATS THE TRUTH. SCAM.

Seeing the reviews beforehand, can't deny that I was thinking twice before ordering anything. Quencher got restocked and I've ordered a black one. Package arrived in a week -- damaged, with several scuffs on the bottle. I've filled in a complaint form and attached photos. Next day I received a reply saying that they're sorry and that I can have a full refund or replacement bottle. Since black was out of stock, they offered 10-12 different colors to choose from. I've chosen a different color, it was shipped the next day and arrived without any issues in a week. So no idea where all these bad reviews are coming from, but they're farthest from what I've experienced. I'll be definitely buying there again in the future.

I originally purchased a cup on their website, but came to find that the same cup was actually cheaper on Amazon. I made a request to cancel the order before it shipped, but they sent it anyways.

I received the cup and promptly sent it back with the return shipping they provided.... over five weeks ago. They notified me that they received the cup one month and three days ago, and the refund was 'pending an inspection'. to date, there has been no refund issued. How long does it take to inspect a cup? I highly doubt they are receiving thousands upon thousands of returns that warrant this long of a wait.

I tried calling their customer support line, only for the call to be dropped after a long wait - which appears to be a common occurrence as per other reviews. I contacted them by email, only to receive some generic bs 'Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and this may take 7-14 business days' response. Note that it has been well beyond that timeframe, with no refund issued.

So long as they have your money, they won't care whether or not you're happy with their service or should I say, lack thereof.

I've since opened a dispute with my credit card company, as it is clear that this careless, incompetent company does not provide refunds in a timely manner, if at all.

Big red flag is the fact that they do not let people submit reviews directly on their website. They cherrypick the few good reviews that they have, who knows from where or even if they are honest reviews. It seems that even they are aware of how much they suck.

Buyer beware! The product may have been around since 1913, but the material they used on my 40oz. Tumbler is awful. They also have terrible warranty policies. I contacted them about the chipping and scratching all over the tumbler after two months of light use by my daughter, they would not replace. It was also hard to go through the “ticket” process for the warranty, I had to repeat it 5 times as I couldn’t press submit because the button disappeared behind an ad! Here is Stanley’s response…

“Thank you for your inquiry, based on the information you've provided this would not be covered under Stanley's warranty.

Our warranty covers any defect in workmanship or materials and to be thermally efficient, provided they are used according to the instructions.

This warranty does not cover component parts, cosmetic defects, or malfunctions due to alteration or accident.

Thank you for understanding and being a Stanley customer! ”

Thanks for nothing Stanley, I will go back to being a Yeti loyalist!

Literally called the customer support 13 times, send them emails in the last week and there is barely any response.

This is so fustrating.

I bought a new water bottle, although the delivery time was written as 3-5 days, the product still did not arrive on the 6th day. I received the product as a gift and since it was late, it became impossible for me to deliver the product to the person I purchased it from.

Exceptional warranty and customer service.
I bought a Stanley insulated mug about 18 months ago and in the last few months the coating has started to bubble and lift. I contacted Stanley, and they issued a replacement no questions asked. Great warranty and after sales service.

I have bought a few water cups! But this time cup has lines on the lower part and doesn’t look good. I sent a few emails and never receive a response! I try calling them hundred times and no one responded and you on hold with horrible music.. I want my money back… I’m done with Stanley.. no more, horrible customer service .. want my money back

Placed an order for a cup on 11/27 order status has been saying label created waiting for shipper to receive for weeks. Can’t call customer service because the call drops after 30 minutes on hold. Email responses are generic responses after days. Horrible experience and still no product delivered
