I left a review on July 23, 2023, here, in addition to several other places, and I'll leave a review every single day everywhere I've previously written one until Stanley contacts me. This company is trash!! They refuse to address any customers issue. Therefore, I will be quite diligent in making sure that the whole damn world knows how crappy this company is. Please see my review from July 23, 2023, for full details.

They do not seem to have customer service. You can wait on hold forever and nobody will answer. When you request auto call back that NEVER happens.

C'mon Stanley I love your products you're better than this. You seem to missing out on caring about your loyal customers.

Don’t waste your time or $. I never got my cup but they got my $. They gave me the wrong tracking #. The # they gave me was for a package delivered in another state according my local post office. Sent several emails. Only one response which was for me to check with post office which I did. Then once I replied back I got silence.

Don't expect ANY customer service or support. My item came defective. I tried to fill out a warranty claim.
What business has an email box that is full and can not accept any emails?
Can't get through by email, phone, or the link they provide on their website.
The items are expensive so when things go you want to know the company will be there to help.
Way better products with actual customer support are out there.

I never received my item. It apparently arrived into Canada over a month ago, but can’t be tracked beyond that. I’ve contacted them many times. They send me the same link every time and tell me sorry and to have a good day, even though I’ve repeatedly said I want my money back. I’ve ordered other things from Asia since then and before then. They do take longer to arrive, but not this long. I don’t trust them and their customer service is terrible.

I am now on my 3rd replacement flask inside 16 months The first time I went to use my latest replacement, it,'s never been outside the house, never used, the outside warmed up so hot, within 5 minutes, you can barley touch it. The vacuum has failed on a BRAND NEW flask. Each time they have replaced it, it takes MONTHS to get anywhere. DO NOT BUY STANLEY FLASKS if i were you. I have literally spent hours, e mailing, taking, uploading and sending pictures, all for NOTHING, as I still don't have a flask that works as it should.
Just look at all the negative reviews and judge for yourself. Buy from somewhere else, you'll be better off and get a better product.
Shame on you Stanly, who do you have making your flask for you, as they have let you down it the biggest way possible, with a product that is only fit for the bin.
Somebody, somewhere in the chain of command at Stanley, Get A Grip of this before it damages your business beyond repair.

Do not order from this company!! The customer service is awful, they take forever to respond to emails, if at all. My 2 tumblers went to an address in Florida…I live in Mississippi and no one will respond to me to fix this!!!

I bought a drinking flask in Oct but unfortunately the top broke in April. I went to the Stanley website which asked me to email them what I was looking for to see if they could supply a replacement . This was over 6 weeks ago and apart from an auto email saying they are busy ive heard NOTHING. I then sent them a Facebook message and again I had an auto message saying they are busy. This was 4 weeks ago . NOTHING.
I therefore assume this company either isnt solvent or isnt interested in their customers.
My advice would be dont buy a Stanley product .

Worst customer Service ever ! I've been trying to cancel my order since that they could not give me an estimated delivery date but no success so far, by e-mail you just receive standard automatic answers and by phone I waited for more than 20 minutes and the got disconnected.

Would have liked to have given no star!
Placed an order 2 May.
Tried to request a return label which has resulted in a lot of hassle.
Was told I have exceeded my 30 days of return, when it had only been 6 days!!

I wish I had never ordered from Stanley and will not in the future.

Awful customer service. Spent 30 minutes waiting and then someone answered but started speaking a different language and it was muffled as if to sound far away. Then they hung up. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and the quality of the product. Paid a pretty penny for my cup which I cannot replace because they are not available anywhere! Will not be buying from them again and sadly cannot recommend them.

I received the wrong order in March 2023 and as a gift for my husband and never received a confirmation email. I received the package and it's not the correct item. I called to return the package and was told by Jennard that I don't need to return it, and they will refund me. I have emailed 5 times or over 5 weeks and they reiterated that they would credit me. NO CREDIT EVER RECEVIED. Suddenly the response I received states Ticket Resolved but I have not received my credit. I must now dispute the charge on my credit card which is a huge hassle. Stanley refused to "validate my charge". STAY AWAY - THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY !

Stanley is a joke !!! Worst customer service ever, can’t get through to anyone on the phone. I ordered the wrong color in a cup, called immediately to change it but couldn’t get through. I emailed for help I was told they couldn’t cancel or exchange to refuse the package when it came. I did just that, I got notice the return went back and still no refund. Emailed again I was told it would take a whole billing cycle for my refund !!! Stay away from Stanley online or in general everyone !!

Over a week ago I ordered the Stanley Classic Trigger Action Travel Mug | 0.35L and the Stanley Go Quick Flip Water Bottle | 0.70L. The order arrived pretty quickly. However the water bottle was broken. I e-mailed the customer service about this issue, however I still didn't get a reply. Also, I entered a complaint form via the website but so far, no reply other than "were very busy at the moment". I also purchased these items for the first time but I could not use my discount code. I thought ordering items from this expensive brand would be handled quickly and correctly but so far I haven't heard anything and it makes me regret ever purchasing items from this brand. I really hoped to have received a new water bottle by now, or at least getting confirmation to return it so it can be exchanged.

Update 24-04-2023:
Stanley customer service handled my complaint very well by sending me a new water bottle and providing me the 10% discount. Thank you!

Der schlechteste Kundensupport den ich je kennengelernt habe.
Hab zwei Bestellungen zurück schicken wollen.
Es wird spätestens nach über einer Woche geantwortet.
Dann braucht es nochmal 5 Tage bis das Retourenlabel kommt.
In meinem Fall würden zwei Bestellungen zurück geschickt. Nach einer Woche kam das Paket zurück zu mir?!?!?!?
Darauf hin wieder Stanley geschrieben. Keine Antwort.
Habe nun Paypal eingeschalten um es zu klären.
Unverschämt!!!

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
I ordered 3 Stanley cups in November 2022 and still have NOT received them. ( April 2023) I have called numerous times, email and have disputed my Credit card charges.. No response from Stanley.
Disputed my CC charge and Stanley refused to "validate my charge".
Spent 3 hours on phone on hold and speaking with a customer service agent to find out that I have to wait 75 days for my refund. THE WORST COMPANY ! I plan to write reviews everywhere I can and my house will never have an Aladdin or Stanley product in it.

My package was stolen so I sent an email to Stanley. the customer service rep Jenard decided to reply with “I’m sorry the package you received was not as expected” and decided to close the case without any further review. I very clearly stated my package was stolen so why respond with that??? They don’t even listen to you and it’s impossible to get a hold of someone at customer service. Never buying from Stanley again and have been Sharing my terrible experience with all my friends and family. Stay away!!

They hang up while you are waiting to talk to someone at customer service. The email forms online don't submit. It's impossible to talk to them.
