Georgia was amazing from the very first time we met her she couldn't of helped anymore with everything that she did even chasing solicitors for us and it made the process of buying a house a lot easier I honestly couldn't recommend Stapleton Derby enough

June and Alex were very helpful during my sons recent sale process as he was out of the country.
The process from the offer to completion would have been alot quicker if it was not for St Helens council taking so long with the Local Search.
As soon as the search completed it was all hands on deck and completed in 4 days thanks to everyone pulling together.

Stephen Duffy and Georgia Nicholas were so helpful during the probate sale of my Dad's house. The photos & narrative showed the property off beautifully and emphasised its positive features. Stephen ensured potential buyers were aware of the potential of the property and possible ways to upgrade it. He advised us on which buyers were in the best position to proceed and ensured that only genuine buyers viewed the property. He even popped in every week when the property was vacant to ensure we complied with the insurance policy. I would highly recommend them from start to finish.

From start to finish I had the help and support that I needed. On my first meeting with June, I told her I would need my hand holding through the process. June and all the staff did just that, making a difficult job much easier. The whole experience was seamless.
