Unsolicited policy review call

Unsolicited policy review call. This company called this morning to review my policy with another company and see what they could do to assist but before i had time to fully digest the information in what they where saying and although staff where professional they where asking for direct debit details and when asked to send me the policy so i could take my time to go over everything but pushed for the direct debit details saying i could review them during my 30 day cooling off period. This was not taken up and hung up, I feel the company has got some good reviews and customer service details but on the flip side can be quite pushy to get sales.

Our procedure is to ensure that you are insured immediately to prevent any lapse in insurance coverage; subsequently, as our advisor mentioned, you would have a cooling-off period to review all documents and confirm that the recommended policy is suitable for you.

James Hunter has supported me for many


James Hunter has supported me for many years when i've needed a mortgage. With James there is a massive difference compared to other mortgage brokers. Unlike others who disappear once you've signed up for a new deal, James monitors interest changes and keeps you updated to the very point of the mortgage kicking in. I really appreciate the advice and support James has provided me over the last 5+ years and would highly recommend him to everyone.

SCAM THE WAY THEY DO IT

Picked up only because been calling me whole week and I WAS ON A RUN WITH MY DISABLED CHILD! The lady who I spoke TO, both of them, probably have degree in lies.
Just basically to worn anyone: THEY INTRODUCE THEMSELVES AS THEY CALL ON BEHALF OF YOUR REAL INSURANCE COMPANY TO DO YEARLY REVIEW!

My experience with Nathan was exceptional

My experience with Nathan was exceptional. He was not only friendly, but also took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Nathan carefully helped me choose the package that best suited my needs. I highly recommend him as a MetLife agent.

Nathan hopper very helpful

Was transferred through to Nathan topping after I was initially called with regards to a life insurance policy I hold.
Nathan was very helpful
The aim was to extend my life insurance policy for longer however as the rate I was paying could not be improved we discussed other options to extend cover into my 80/90’s and I feel we found a great compromise
Didn’t feel pushed or like I was wasting his time when I forgot certain bits of information
