Great service from Heather in Bangor branch. Prompt fitting and delivery. Excellent - would highly recommend.

Starplan arrived with us this morning to install a fitted wardrobe.The fitters(Lee)+(Mate) did a fantastic job, very professional and tidy workers, job was completed in a few hours.
Starplan was a joy to work with. Natalya our Sales person was very friendly and approachable. Constantly went out of her way to help us throughout the whole process always keeping us informed, a credit to her Employer.
We would strongly recommend Starplan to anyone thinking of having their bedrooms updated.

I decided to use Starplan because I had heard and seen great things about them. Yes, I agree with comments that they are on the more expensive side, but you get a lot for your money. I was assigned Ian as my designer, and he came to my house to measure the area, then discussed with me what I wanted in terms of colour and design. He also gave advice on things that would improve the overall look. He then drew up designs, and once I was happy with some small changes, the order was placed. The communication regarding times, dates for delivery, and installation was efficient. On the day, the team responsible for fitting was lovely and respectful of my home. When it was finished, Ian checked in with me to ensure I was happy. Overall, it was well worth it for me, and I am delighted.

From the design and installation staff five years ago and again today to replace a door which we damaged, the service from Starplan has been not short of perfection. All the staff including the aftersales engineer Mark today have been so easy and friendly to deal with and when working in our house so clean, tidy and respectful. Qualities so difficult to find anywhere sadly in today’s world

We ordered slide robes for my daughters bedroom from Starplan Portadown and Martin helped us by giving all the different options from colours to the layout inside, he even showed us what it would look like which was great, very pleased great quality and my daughter loves it.

My husband and I are in our 70s and very indecisive. From the moment we stepped into Starplan Bangor Heather led from the front. She answered every one of our queries in a professional and extremely friendly manner. We knew we were in safe hands and placed our order with confidence. Scott dealt with our bedroom design compently. He explained the plan to us in detail with confidence and professionalism. Looking forward to our new fitted bedroom furniture.

I purchased a kitchen 14 months ago. I have marks on doors. Despite cleaning them. I have had to get a door put back on as it wasn’t put on right. My other door is getting replaced as it’s starting to lift and the worktop is blown beside the sink. They told me the worktop will be getting replaced without getting a new one at discounted price. I am under warrenty for 4 more years… I would not recommend buying a kitchen from them as they are made of cheap material and will not last..

Fantastic service from Matt and the guys at Starplan Warrington. We had our fitted bedroom installed 11 years ago by Starplan and it's been great. When we recently had a "wear and tear" issue we contacted them to see if anything could be done. We spoke to Matt and he was so helpful. He sent 2 of his guys, Ant and Mark, to take a look and they fixed it there and then. Great service, would highly recommend this company.

Heather was absolutely fantastic! We ordered a wardrobe and a full bedroom set, and she made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and thoroughly explained all the options available to us. Nothing felt rushed, and she was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. We’re so pleased with our choices and really appreciate Heather’s excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely thrilled with my new bedroom furniture.
I cannot fault the whole process from the minute we asked for an initial quote to the fitting of my wardrobes.
I felt we were listened to all along the way which has meant that the finished bedroom is exactly as I imagined it to be.
We were able to choose a date that was convenient to us for the fitting and the guys that completed the fitting made a great job - so professional and a really neat job.

We are returning customers as our last experience with Starplan was so positive. We asked for the same member of Staff as she was excellent & to be honest the reason we did return. Her name is Heather & she works in the Bangor store. It was like meeting up with an old friend! Once again she took time to find out our needs, well mine, as I am a wheelchair user. Her advice & expertise was invaluable & so helpful. After some time we completed our order feeling very happy & safe in Heathers hands. We have total confidence in her. It has to be said, Heather is an absolute asset to Starplan. We must also give a mention to Nicki, the most loveliest of receptionists. Warmly welcoming & so very helpful. As we had to wait a while to see Heather, Nicki provided us with a very welcome cup of tea & chocolate biscuit. It was greatly appreciated. Between Heather & Nicki, Starplan have exceptional customer service & the best of Staff! Highly recommend.

I have been a long standing customer of Starplan due to the fantastic workmanship and quality of there furniture which is also beautiful and great storage which is a plus when you have smaller rooms . Also the outstanding Customer Service! Natalya is my designer and has designed my fitted bedroom plan . She is amazing !!

Went to by new bed and mattress the sales person was very helpful in helping us choose what colour and headboard she gave us good time to make our mind up I would recommend.

Needed a mattress for our bed and was greeted by Tony at the Newtownabbey branch. Attentive and helpful the whole way through while not trying a hard sell. Would recommend

Bought and had fitted wardrobes put in with Ian Bowers help from the Bangor branch. Really very pleased with the service it only took the fitters four hours or so and they turned up during one of our awful storms when they could easily have delayed. They worked cleanly and quickly
Our room now functions exceptionally well and looks amazing

Having had to put our new bedroom on hold for a few months due to unforeseen circumstances, Natalya continually kept in contact during this time. When we were ready to go, she organised a visit to measure everything promptly. We had one last visit to the shop were she went through everything with my wife. My wife had some new ideas which Natalya helped her to adapt and put into the plans without any bother at all. Natalya then organised a fitting date which suited us and sorted out all the finance. Once again a stress free process, Natalya knows her stuff and has been extremely pleasant to work with. If the fitters do their job as well as Natalya has done hers, we will be very happy. Great job.

Liked- Bedroom fitted as drawn and the robes have a good quality feel.
Disliked- Having to chase for updates and getting a fitting date arranged. Also, despite asking at the time of booking, the carcasses and doors had to be brought in through a window. This has resulted in some scuffing and dents which were only apparent following fitting. None of these were pointed out by the fitters.
All in all generally happy with the bedroom but customer service and attention to detail could ve improved.
