easy to order and delivery is often next day which is superb. I particularly have found the tumeric tummies have been helpful for my aching finger joints

I researched collagen, collagen powder, gel gummies etc at length. After many boring hours & the realisation that I actually hated taking ANY powder options, I fell upon Starpowa. Great reviews, the ingredients I was looking for & many positive comments re pleasant flavour!

I ordered. They arrived. I unpacked them. Unscrewed the lid! What did I find? An unsealed seal with a gummy stuck to it!

I immediately contacted Starpowa. Starpowa immediately responded. Outcome? A full explanation & the promise of an immediate replacement!

Whilst I obvs haven’t received the replacement tub yet, I know I will!

Where do I honestly start! I cannot recommend Starpowa enough! The quality of their ingredients, how effective the products are and the customer service is second to none!

My latest favourite from Starpowa are their electrolytes, my favourite flavours are watermelon & lychee! Great quality, gorgeous taste, and once again incredible ingredients to enable amazing benefits!

I was able to bring my order forward, before the allocated due date. It was easy to go online & make that request. Processed & delivered promptly.

The shipping costs of $45.42 for a $162 product were not disclosed at the time of purchase. I asked for a refund and I tried to return the product but it was refused.

They really are a horrible taste.

Perimenopause crept into my life the way it seems to for a lot of us — quietly at first, then suddenly it’s everywhere. I got some advice from Holland and Barrett and they suggested this brand. I started taking the Starpowa mental wellbeing + perimenopause gummies during one of those weeks where everything felt a bit “too much,” and I’ll be honest — I didn’t expect much. But I was surprised by how much they helped.

The first thing I noticed was the taste. Soft, fruity, genuinely comforting. Nothing medicinal, nothing that makes you brace yourself. I’m sensitive to textures and flavours, so that mattered more than I’d like to admit. My daughter agreed, and even my son tried one and did the classic teenage “nod” (which is basically a five-star review in our house).

After a couple of weeks, something shifted. Not a dramatic transformation — I don’t buy into miracle fixes — but a gentle steadying. My mood felt more even, my days felt less jagged, and my evenings were calmer. It was like someone had sanded down the sharp edges of that perimenopause chaos.

If I’m being picky (and I am, because it’s my body and my money), I do have one niggle: they’re very sweet. They report 0.1g of sugar per gummy (from natural flavourings and plant-based sweeteners), and the dose is two a day — but they taste sweeter than I expected. I love sweet things… but I’m also trying to be mindful about my weight, and I don’t want “tiny hidden sugars” quietly stacking up in the background.

Not a deal-breaker — just something I clock.

Even with that little gripe, they’ve become a small grounding moment in my routine — a gentle daily habit that helps soften the day rather than fix it. And honestly, when you’re juggling perimenopause, an ADHD brain, work, family, and life in general… that kind of steady support is a win worth sharing.

The only downside is the price. It is expensive but I tend to buy in bulk on their BOGOF events. But they are worth the price in my opinion.

It was nice to know i have a subscription that will be delivered quarterly, it saves me time looking for a good deal when I've nearly ran out 😂 delivery was on time too, very happy with everything ☺️

Just got the apple cider vinegar gummies..absolute game changer

My 5 star rating is based on taking 6 of the gummies. Yes it was over the recommended daily intake but they made me so relaxed, they sent me into the land of nod like a log.
Taste nice too.
A bit on the pricey side but better than taking pharmaceuticals to aid sleep.

I cannot believe the difference in how I am feeling since starting Postmeno Support. I am now on my second bottle and have more energy, and generally feel so much better. For years I have struggled with illness but after trying many other products this one is the one I will be staying with and now signed up to a subscription. Customer service and product delivery is excellent, so if you want to feel more energised overall after the menopause I really would suggesting you try them.

But I bought the collagen product and had a bad allergic reaction to it. My skin started to burn and peel.

I tried the meno balance and no change then wanted to start the post meno to see if that would make any difference and saw that these gummies had a used by date 27/11/25 bearing in mind I purchased them online with Starpowa direct in October this year! I contacted Starpowa and they refunded the post Meno as per my request as I was doubtful they would do anything.
No apology! I fully understand that these gummies are not for everyone it’s never guaranteed that they work but at least say you are sorry that you have posted an item that had such short shelf life.

I started taking meno balance gummies in may this year I was really suffering with hot flushes and feeling ill these gummies seemed to work but over a month ago I ran out and didn't bother buying any more, last three weeks I'm feeling drained and tired and moody with out of control hot flushes. So ordered some more and just received my gummies it shown me how great they are
