Tried Hair, Skin ,Nails not noticed a difference to date, but willing to continue.

My experience with the Starpowa customer support was shockingly poor. The team were unprofessional, unhelpful, dismissive, time-wasting, and at times downright rude. They refused to cancel an order that hadn’t even been dispatched, ignored key questions, provided dismissive copy-paste replies, and showed no understanding of basic consumer rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
They never replied to my last email but had no choice other than to act according to consumer rights, so I finally got the refund I was legally entitled to.

If Starpowa want to keep customers, they need to learn the basics of professional communication, respect consumer law, and treat people with decency.
Also, their vegan collagen gummies have an overpowering, sickly-sweet taste — definitely not worth the trouble.

Take full amount even when credits applied to acct. Now will not refund the amount or cancel the item and refund monies.

I have been subscribing to many of the products, the products are good. However the website is utterly appalling. Trying to add free items to your order is like trying to learn a new language! Why make it so difficult. Platform needs a complete refresh. Make it easier for your customers. The verification code does not work to your email address, and to be honest I needed a lay down after losing the will to live trying to add my free item. Or maybe that is the whole point!

I started using Starpowa’s Bone & Joint supplements. They arrived in a plastic container with lots of staining and product crumbling inside. Upon opening the new product and taking the supplements from the container my hands stained yellowish orange immediately and it wouldn’t wash off. This is a manufacturing issue and shouldn’t happening. Upon contacting Starpowa their response was brief and unhelpful. They advised me this is perfectly normal, end of email. I’ve taken other similar supplements and turmeric products but never experienced this staining of skin before. I won’t be purchasing more products from this company. These type of supplements are available from so many companies with a vast amount of competition. Less than impressed with the product and even less so with their Customer Service or lack of it.

I’ve been taking the hair and nails, and the mental wellbeing ones for nearly a month now. I can see a difference in my hair and nails, my hair strands feel stronger, my nails look healthier. And hardest part is not eating all of them because they are yummy!.

Like the product but comes too often....got about 5 months worth built up

I tried the turmeric black 3000mg.
Gave me energy but also a bloated stomach so I’m going to take half the gummy.

Starpowa premium CBD 5mg gummies. These had no noticeable effect on me at all. Started with 10mg and rose to 25mg. No relaxation, no improved sleep, no placebo effect, in fact, no anything at all! A complete waste of money

Liked the product but never got the 8 hours dropped of easy tho
