Georgian citizen, first US company, and I knew nothing about EINs or US banking going in.

StartFleet handled all of it. LLC filed fast, express EIN came through quickly which matters when you have no SSN, then Mercury and Stripe.

Nima made the difference. Reviewed my site before submitting to Mercury and caught an issue that would have been flagged, and told me exactly which proof of address they'd accept. Approved with no back and forth. Same with Stripe, advice on the non-resident options and matching the business name to IRS records saved me from getting both wrong.

I selected the Startup plan mainly for the express EIN option, as my timeline was tight. I paid in mid-December, and within about a week, all my LLC documents (Articles of Organization, etc.) were ready.

Due to the end-of-year holidays, the EIN process took a bit longer than initially expected. I reached out simply to ask for an update, making it clear that I completely understood the holiday delays and was not blaming them in any way. I did not request any refund — I only explained my situation.

To my surprise, they replied the very next day offering to refund the price difference between the Startup and Freelancer plans, while continuing to handle my case as an express file. The refund was processed within two days, and they kept their word.

I received my EIN in early January, and they continued to support me throughout the entire process, including assistance with opening my Mercury bank account.
