Great service. If you want a reliable partner to set up your online business in the US, I recommend StartFleet.io 100%. Thank you for your professional work and 24/7 support.

This is an amazing company that helps non-residents going through company formation as well as opening US bank accounts. PLUS they offer their client many useful tax-related tips. Super nice people to work with and very responsive too

StartFleet.io's company setup service exceeded my expectations. The support team was responsive and guided me through each step. I highly recommend them for a seamless and stress-free experience. 5 stars!

I had some tax inquiries when i set up USA LLC as a non US resident or citizen.

Fitz, one of the customer supports, helped me a lot!!

I can't even get this kind genuine advice from elsewhere indeed and i believe his advice is much better than any other tax professionals in my opinion!

Thank you so much for this amazing experience!

I have nothing but good words to say about StartFleet.

When I was a first time founder, I had zero idea about setting up LLCs. All I knew was that I did not want to spend much time on this and rather have someone else do it. I visited the website and asked all my questions via the customer support and had *everything* answered for me.

StartFleet's customer support is excellent and they reply to all my stupid questions every time. I have asked tons of questions every time something comes up and I am confident to continue running my business without having to worry for LLC stuff.

It's money well spent.

StartFleet.io exceeded my expectations with their exceptional customer support and efficiency in setting up a U.S. LLC formation, EIN and bank account, all within a challenging three-week timeframe, including the holiday season. Their team's dedication to operating in the client's best interest is commendable, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Their ability to handle everything remotely is a significant advantage. I wholeheartedly recommend StartFleet.io for their outstanding service and commitment to their clients' success.

I recently had the opportunity to open an LLC with Startfleet.io, and I must say, the experience surpassed all my expectations. The cornerstone of their exceptional service is undoubtedly Joe, the owner of Startfleet. His approach is what sets this company apart.

From the very beginning, Joe was more than just a service provider; he was like a friend guiding me through every step of the process. His responses were not just timely but also incredibly helpful, addressing my concerns and queries with utmost patience and clarity. This level of personalized attention is rare and invaluable, especially when navigating the complexities of setting up a new business.

What impressed me most was the feeling of ease and comfort throughout the entire process. With Joe's support, I didn't feel like I was just opening an LLC with a company; it was more like having a friend who was there to help in every single aspect. This kind of experience is something you won't find just anywhere.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a company to help with your business needs, Startfleet.io, with Joe at the helm, is your go-to place. Their blend of professionalism with a personal touch is what every entrepreneur needs.

They hleped me form a LLC in US. It is working great. Cool thing is that, as a foreigner, you don't have to travel anywhere to open a US bank account.

The best agents you can find.

The title says it all.
My experience with them has been very smooth until now. Got my company documents in under a day and I received the EIN in the time-frame specified.
They have helped me and answered all my questions (be them via E-Mail or WhatsApp), pointing me in the right direction. I've been kept up-to-date with everything that was happening.

I shall recommend them to anyone that asks me for such a service.

So, this will probably be a long review, but please bear with me.

If you want the short version, they are great, they set up the LLC and if you choose, they file your taxes efficiently and even chase you to sign the forms (I almost forgot).

For the long version.

I set up my LLC in Wyoming as a US nonresident in December 2022. They recommended this and clearly stated the benefits of it. I took the Startup plan and the LLC itself took like 3 days, and the EIN was about 15 days (really fast). Now on the last part, I wanted a "traditional bank account on BOFA or Chase". They told me that sometimes those banks were a bit difficult if I didn't have a physical address to open the account, thankfully I did and it was really easy. 1 Month in and I had everything set up properly, even with a BofA account.

Fast forward a couple of months, and they helped me with the taxes. believe me, helped is an understatement, I almost forgot, went on holiday, and didn't open my email. 2 days before the last filing day (which if missed I may incur a penalty of 25,000), they called me to my number! (I had texted them back in November while browsing other options). They made sure all my forms were signed so I didn't miss anything.

To be honest, they went above and beyond for me. I cannot recommend them enough, but do your research and compare them to other providers, I did that and I still went with them.

StarFleet staff followed me in every step to create my Usa company,in 3 days I was already able to start my business.I also choose to get their help for all tax and paperwork to be done. Just great! I recommend them to all who like me need to expand their business in the Usa.
