StartFleet.io レビュー

I had a great experience with StartFleet.io and would highly recommend them. I am a US non-resident and StartFleet helped me set up an LLC and bank accounts completely remotely. They were helpful, informative, and fast at responding to my questions. If they didn't know the answer, they made the effort to find out. The only constructive feedback I would provide is that I was not informed in advance of obtaining my LLC's EIN (which is required to open a bank account), that I would also need a website for my LLC in order to open a bank account. If I was informed in advance, I could have had this ready but it then took me another few days to set up the website, which delayed the opening of the bank account and meant I had to make alternative billing arrangements for one month. This was a minor inconvenience though and I still would rate them 5 stars.

I can wholeheartedly endorse StartFleet for their exceptional service in helping me set up my non-resident LLC in the US. Their knowledge, availability and level of customer service go truly above and beyond!

Not only did they guide me through the process and set up my LLC in record time, but they have also been providing professional and kind ongoing support even months after!

Joe, in particular, has been a standout with his support. His responsiveness to my inquiries, his kindness and helpfulness in navigating the complexities of the tax world has made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

I would also like to praise the many perks and rewards of being a StartFleet client. They say “If it's too good to be true, it probably isn't" which got me skeptical at first, but heck, it's true! you do get literally more than $500K worth of benefits, with partners such as Stripe, ClickUp, Zendesk, Airtable and more.

I truly feel that I am in the best possible hands with StartFleet. Give them a go and you're assured to feel the same.

Look no further. Startfleet is the best.
Availability is the keyword here. With a lot of knowledge and incredible customer service, they will go above and beyond to help set up your non-resident company in the US. You can reach them whenever there's uncertainty, and they will help. They guided me through opening the company in record time, opening bank accounts, and even after six months, are still very attentive in all contacts. Joe Thong is golden. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Totally agree with the other 5-star reviews. Lightning speed fast, knowledgable, friendly. So far I'm very happy.

Good communication, very clear explanation of how to proceed, depending on my non-resident founder situation. Since I decided to register the company by the end of the year, they promised to do my 1st "zero" reports at no extra charge, so I didn't have to wait for the new year to come around to comfortably register, which I did. In general, the process went smoothly. Thank you

Joe is knowledgeable with info at the finger tips. First impression of the company has been phenomenal. Will work with them as I proceed to next steps.

I want to thank a lot to Start Flee guys. At first I was skeptical as a foreigner, but now I have my US registered business, EIN, banking, and can finally run my e commerce with no issues. Special thanks to Joe, was always very helpful and available to answer to any question.

They guide you with the process and make it very easy

Starfleet has done more than deliver on its promise to help me set up my LLC and my bank account. They've been very responsive to all my reach outs. At the end of the day, it's a company's after-sales support that makes the difference between a so-so company, and one that I enjoy working with. Starfleet has truly won me over.

Joe and his team is wonderful, they open the company in 3 business days along with EIN. Their service for foreigners to open company and assist for bank account is too good. I can’t even express with my words. Joe your are the star⭐️

Super helpful from the moment I first reached out. I ask a lot of questions and Joe & the team are more than helpful in getting the right structure for your needs.

As entrepreneurs living in Southeast Asia, this has opened up so many doors to us in terms of access to the US market and saving us time and money. Would recommend it as the process from incorporation to getting a bank has been super simple.

Great competent guys that can help you with every question you have! Absolutely recommend

Exceptional and super personalized support so far. In fact, the most personalized service that I've received on the Internet.

I saved tens of thousands by going with US LLC over other more costly structures like Dubai Cypres or UK LLP and Startfleet are incredibly knowledgeable. Definitely reccomend them 100% worth every penny. Opening world class bank accounts with no problems

Working with StartFleet is an excellent experience. They are fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. The service is great value for money, and the team goes the extra mile to make sure you are looked after. Highly recommended!

A lot of support. Great knowledge and very kind people eager to help

Let me tell you a quick story, I am an online entrepreneur based in Europe & I wanted to create a US-LLC as fast as possible, everywhere I searched, the timing to get an LLC and a US EIN number (which is the hardest part for internationals) takes anywhere from 30-60 days...

After religiously searching my options over months, I stand across STARTFLEET, I will just tell you two things about them,

1st - the best customer experience I've ever had over the internet, Joe & Nima never sleep, and I would send them thousands of questions and they had the answer for everything, from accounting, to LLCs, to IRS, to taxes a full consultation basically for free, that's how much they care for their customers (keep in mind I wasn't even a customer back then).

2nd - We came up with a plan about the best practices for my situation and little did I know, my LLC got registered the same day, and the EIN came exactly 5 business days later. Banking solutions are on point and now we rolling, simple as that.

You may find cheaper solutions but trust me a couple of hundred dollars in difference do not worth it at ALL. Startfleet is a oneway for me and for my future ventures overseas just because they are true professionals, they know their craft, and their team kicks-ass.

If you want to become US-incorporated promptly, effortless and without any problems, wherever you might be, I can highly recommend you this incredible and a very supportive company.

The support team is really responsive and helpful. Fully recommend it
