StartFleet.io レビュー

An LLC in the States wasn't on my radar at all, I had always been advised to look at places like Belize or the British Virgin Islands. The whole idea felt a little like a pipe dream and hard to achieve. For at least the last 5 years it wasn't much more than fanciful fiction.

In April 2022, while debugging javascript for a project, a french coder I found in a GitHub Repo had a link to a personal blog with a very off-topic article. How and why to set up an LLC in the states as opposed to the island style I had always been looking at. He outlined detailed instructions on how to achieve this and why going in this direction would be beneficial, as opposed to the same setup on a tropical island.

When I started doing more research, it started making more sense and I kept seeing a blog article about forming a US LLC as a Non-US Resident and the tax-free LLC structure it could offer if set up this way. This great article leads me to enquire on the Startfleet site for more info. Joe came back to me by email, our time-zones were radically different, yet we started a conversation. I am not the type of person to easily trust the internet, especially on this topic and the seemingly slippery subject matter.

Joe was calm, going back and forth with me over a few nights, answering my dissertation-style questions accurately and professionally, offering back questions I was going to ask and better still, giving me things to consider I flat out didn't know anything about. From the outset, Joe's intellect and acumen on the subject quickly proving to me he was the real deal, still without a phone call to this day, all through chatbot and then email, he has guided me to form an LLC that is working out brilliantly, now 3 months in.

From the start, his attentive and to-the-point dealings, which lead to dealings with other staff at Startfleet, with the same good attitude and results-driven outcomes, the whole thing was ready and going in 2 weeks, The cost was much cheaper than an island in the sun but above all, it makes more sense. Stripe, Paypal and Google are already in use and clients are expecting to be able to keep using them.

My business model lends itself to this style of setup, while it's not for everyone the knowledge and tact Joe and his team showed me was initially calming. I felt trust grow early, which built to logical solutions being offered with a clear and organised way to achieve what I wanted, all at a price I expected to be 2 or 3 times higher.

If you are looking at this kind of option for your company, they made the process easy, understandable and chiefly, got it done! talk to Startfleet. Joe and his team were on the mark, I cannot thank them enough.

Best customer service I have ever had with a company!
Extremely recommended.

It was a great expirence opening company with StartFleet, they helped me through the whole process, and worked with me to get my bank account opened

Amazing customer service, Joe was so helpful throughout the process. He answered all my questions, and I had perhaps too many but the reply was always prompt and friendly. I was in a rush to get my EIN and they were able to get the information in record time. I highly recommend using them for your incorporation needs.

The StartFleet team (Nima & Joe) was very experienced, professional, ethical and had my best interests in mind. Very pleased with the service. I will recommend to everyone.

Startfleet company help me to open a us llc and they were very professional . helpful and patience

The best service out there for foreigners looking to do business in the USA. Got my LLC within 3-5 days, including EIN. 2 bank accounts in the first 10 days as well.

But that's not all, the customer support team is always there to answer any of your questions, they are really knowledgable and got connections for whatever you may need. They also helped me get a resale tax certificate and we also applied for ITIN.

Awesome experience to start my business. Joe help me to sort out all issues of formation my business. My PayPal was accidentally permanently restricted. Joe are very professional to guide me to appeal my case to PayPal step to step. and finally my PayPal account is successfully unlocked by the appeal. My appreciate to Joe's help to save my ecommerce business.

We had to seek a significant amount of justification from a team member of Startfleet (Joe) before we could justify spending double the amount of upfront costs in comparison to other Startfleet competitors.

The customer service we had was absolutely second to none. Incredible. Anyone who is considering starting up a US LLC, you MUST choose Startfleet.

I can guarantee that you will not find a better level of customer service anywhere else, as well as useful guides, and the overall package you are buying.

You need someone you can trust from the get go. That's why we chose Startfleet. Easy choice.

Words can't describe how satisfied I am with the service. I stumbled one day on Startfleet and I am so thankful I did. They were so helpful in the process of starting my first business and the before and after communications in helping me understand the process was above and beyond. I cant thank you enough.

StartFleet is an absolute pleasure to work with from the start all the way to company formation and beyond. If you are thinking about going with anyone go with StartFleet. The customer service and knowledge is next level and actually deserves 10 stars. Thanks so much for all your help and ongoing support.

Joe was very helpful and responsive during the entire process and we got all the required registrations done within a few days. Would highly recommend for Indian startups looking to form US subsidiaries

Startfleet.io has been awesome from the very start (No pun intended), and they were transparent too. I chose the expedited package, and I got everything on time within a few days. ITIN usually takes 12 to 16 weeks due to the backlog created by the pandemic verified by both StartFleet and the IRS 😊.

I got my EIN in 7 days, and I was able to open three bank accounts within 48 hours approved.

The customer service is always timely and effective. This is an all-in-one solution from business registration to tax tips to using the best payment gateway for business transactions.

I strongly recommend StartFleet.

Joe (from customer service) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I needed some advice and to assess if this product was right for me. unfortunately it is not but he was a superstar and i will definitely suggest startfleet to my friends in the future.

really appreciate all the help Joe!

Joe had provided me with an excellent consultation and made sure to answer all my inquiries. The customer service provided was outstanding and he was very responsive and has given good quality results to my requests. The whole process was smooth and satisfying that I can highly recommend his service. It was one of the best customer experiences I had.

Great Service. Extremely responsive. Delivered on everything that was promised and went above and beyond that.

We wanted to establish an LLC in Delaware, USA, and for weeks I searched the internet, investigated websites, forums, blogs, reviews, ... chatted or emailed with various companies who dedicate themselves to establishing LLC's.

The results/answers obtained from all companies can be summarized as "no response" to 'no agent is available at this time, please submit your question and we'll get back to you" or at best "please click on the following link to our website".

Needless to say that such an approach does not work for something so important as establishing a company. Questions need to be answered, raising probably more questions, requiring answers, ...

Then I found startfleet.io.

No, they're not the cheapest option out there, but they answer to questions, even a lot of them, and if they don't know the answer, they'll get back to you, in a short while. and if it's not included, they'll refer you.

And they're also there, even when all is said and done, payment collected, LLC established, they are still there to answer your questions.

in one word : REMARKABLE and UNSEEN ( oeps, these are 2 words )

So, if you're willing to spend a bit more, but start off at the right foot, go with startfleet.io

Fast service, knowledge on demand and on the spot. No going back and fourth with template questions, Joe was someone who knew the answer and desired to get me the right answer. High recommend for anyone migrating to a nomad lifestyle and has questions about making a successful transition. Worth the money and time no question

My US LLC was setup by startfleet without almost any problems; they were fast to respond to any queries we had and offered us solutions!
The LLC's EIN was established quickly as well.
Will recommend Startfleet to anyone planning to expand their business in the US.
