We’d like to reassure you that this does not impact your credit file, and no missed payment is recorded as long as the payment is successfully collected within that period.

We’re also sorry for the delay in our response — we know how important timely support is and are working to improve our response times during busy periods.

Thank you for raising this — we understand how concerning it must be to see a charge you don’t recognise.

Based on what you’ve described, this appears to relate to services accessed through our partner, Pockit. SteadyPay does not handle the collection of repayments or have access to customers’ card or bank details, as these are managed directly by our partner.

We have also reviewed our records and cannot see a payment processed by SteadyPay on 19th February.

We take concerns like this very seriously and would like to help clarify what has happened. Please contact us at support@steadypay.co, so we can investigate this with you and, if needed, liaise with our partner on your behalf.
