I’ve had an issue with my loan being…
I’ve had an issue with my loan being mistakenly transferred into my closed Barclays account, SteadyPay had help me tremendously in getting this issue resolved. I give many thanks to Micheal who had been dealing with my account issues being patient in getting all the information I needed to resolve this issue. Shocking service from Maga
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by SteadyPay.
I have been paying the £7.00 weekly fee for your service for the past 84 weeks. This amounts to a total of £588.00 paid.
Despite this consistent payment, I have today been informed that I must wait two additional days for a top-up. This delay is unacceptable, especially given the significant fees I have paid for this service.
I am therefore unclear as to the value I am receiving for the £588.00 I have invested.
I wish to bring this issue to your attention and strongly advise all potential users to consider the implications of such delays.
I expect an explanation for this delay and a resolution to ensure timely top-ups, in line with the service I am paying for.

Outstanding customer service
I’ve been using SteadyPay when I need an extra bit of help paying for emergencies such are my car or a vet bill and has been a great help when needed. I requested a payment on Sunday and the payment had gone to My old bank account that closed but was still linked to my Steady Pay account. I contacted customer service and Michael was a great help. He kept me informed by email and had my closed bank account removed and had the funds sent to my new account. Thank you Michael for your help and making the experience less stressful

Florin at Steady pay was a star!!!
I don’t know what I would have done without Florins help. When my banking app were useless around a credit repayment and asked me to sort it myself for them as they didn’t know how! Florin patiently answered all my many questions and explained really clearly what I had to do and the steps I needed to take. He also answered really promptly whenever i sent an email. Five star service!
