Estoy muy contento con la lonchera eléctrica de Steam Box. Siempre preparo mis comidas y en lugar de calentarlas en el microondas, ahora puedo calentarlas en mi propia caja de comida. ¡Se lo recomiendo a todo!

Very happy with my steambox for hot meals at work.

The improvements that can be made are 1. A longer battery life and 2. Either a handle or some type of carrying case. Otherwise you have to carry it around like a shoebox. Other than that it works as described.

Overpriced and no customer focus
Delivery by FedEx is a disaster in Switzerland
The company does not offer end user support
The product is faulty (on/off switch does nothing)
Documentation is unclear (QR codes don't work)

I purchased a steambox, it was delivered on time, however it is faulty. I have tried numerous times emailing customer servive and had no response. Not great for £248 to be honest...

Took a while to come to Australia, but well worth the wait.

A ideia é muito boa, mas algumas coisas poderiam ter sido consideradas no design, como alças ou saco de transporte. Inicialmente achei que poderia também ser dada alguma carga por USB, mas não. A tampa de silicone também não é muito fácil de colocar, por não ser muito rígida. A app não possui as funcionalidades descritas, está incompleta. Portanto, a lancheira lhe dá sim alguma autonomia, pois com uma carga completa passa-se um dia ou dois fora de casa, isso quando adquire-se um conjunto de marmitas adicional. Entretanto, por não ser adaptável ao veículo ou a uma porta USB, é necessário que tenha acesso à tomada para recarregá-la. Ainda não posso dizer que tenha valido o investimento.

Literally one of the best inventions ever!! After finding out how unhealthy microwaves are I searched for years for an alternative. When I found it I couldn’t believe that I found what I was searching for. After receiving it I couldn’t he happier! The food is heated evenly and tastes so much better than when heated in a microwave. I am extremely grateful for this product!!

So far I’ve used my new Steambox to heat two gluten-free buns, and it’s AWESOME. Unless the buns are heated, my son (who has celiac disease) and I find them crumbly, hard and dry (not edible!). Happily, the result after 10 minutes in the Steambox is even better than our usual microwave or toaster oven method: it’s slightly crispy on the bottom and the rest is very soft and tasty! I am no longer worried about feeding my boy on our upcoming trip to NYC…he can always have a hot dog and warm bun! Also, I appreciate the responsiveness and friendliness of the Steambox Team.

Veggie food gets reheat in max 15 to 20 mins. Device is easier to manage through their app. Overall happy with the purchase.

Amazing gadget to take to work. No more processed vile airline food for me. I'll be using this everyday I'm working. Hopefully they'll design a carry bag soon to go with it.
