I ordered shock and struts, bilstein b8s (cost over $650), and had them mounted and did a 10 mile test drive. They were a really harsh ride and drove significantly worse than my factory struts and shocks. I went on the steeda website recommendation as it stated they are supposed to be for lowered vehicles. I called and told them I was going to order a new set of shocks from them, but wanted to return the bilsteins I was transferred to be told that I need to adjust my shocks, which are not adjustable, only to hear the guy research on his own site to determine he was wrong. Then he told me I couldn’t return them because they were mounted and I should try and sell them on Facebook marketplace. Needless to say I won’t be spending more money with them. Any company can take you money and drop ship an item, but it’s when something goes not as planned that will make or break a companies customers service.

I need two specific tires and Steeda showed them IN STOCK in both Google Shopping and on their website. It is a recently discontinued tire so I specifically looked for a retailer that showed the item IN STOCK. They were the 2nd place I ordered from that did not have it in stock - because they drop ship from their vendor and do not have a data feed showing actual inventory. It took 3 days for them to let me know they don't have them and then refund me.. before I could then move on to the next place that claim to have them in stock.

I ordered from them on Jan. 24, 2025, and was surprised to receive an email announcing a cancellation. They told me they don't allow products from Steeda to be shipped to a US freight forwarder since I am not from the US. They suggested that I pay through a bank wire transfer. I don't understand why they prefer wire transfers instead of credit card payments. They said they would only allow it if I paid through wire transfer.
