Der vordere Umleger war verbogen und musste ersetzt werden. Bei der hinteren Kassette fehlte ein Distanzring, sodass die Kette am Rahmen gescheuert hat. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Rad.

This is the first bike that i have bought from SVB after following them on social's for many years. The whole process of ordering the bike was very simple and the packaging options for shipping were explained well as were the step by step instructions for rebuilding the bike once it arrived.

The packing was 1st Class with all parts well protected for a journey half way around the world.

My only issue was the limiting payment options available. PayPal would have been an option i would have used if available.

I would happily buy another bike from SVB after this experience.

In spite of the Fed Ex issues with the US customs, I'm very happy with the Willier Triestina and the support received from Steel Vintage.

Easy to order, fast dispatched- great service 🙂

Steel Vintage Bikes are such an excellent company to deal with. They are passionate about vintage steel bikes. They have in my opinion very fair prices and very obliging to deal with. Packaging is great and no hassle even for delivery way down here in New Zealand.

Der Service ist tadellos. Es fehlte bei erster Auslieferung die Luftpumpe. Ein kurzes Telefonat mit einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin reichte und die Pumpe wurde anstandslos per DHL Express nachgesendet !
