Nadat ik de verkeerde armband gekregen had die ik niet besteld had, contact opgenomen en alsnog de armband die ik besteld had alsnog ontvangen. De armband die ik niet besteld had mocht ik houden.
Kortom een prima service.

M wife bought me a bracelet a couple…
M wife bought me a bracelet a couple years ago...she told me it was the largest one they had. I put it on and it was snug. Eventually it stretched out and now fits perfectly. I order a large one for my second and it was very loose...I put them together and yep...the one she bought was not the largest...it was a medium. I then ordered a medium and it was the correct size. I wished I had known the length of the bracelet to measure the size around my wrist to get hte correct size. I will state the shipping is fast...I ordered it and four days later it was at my door.

Zeer vriendelijke, nette, snelle service
Van een van de armbandjes was het slot na een paar maanden kapot. Ik werd zeer vriendelijk en snel geholpen. Na een paar foto's te hebben gestuurd, werd gelijk een nieuw armbandje opgestuurd.

Customs Delay
I didn't realize that the shipment was originating in Belgium nor was I advised that once received in the USA, I would be required to fill out a customs declaration. That took about three days to work out and came as a surprise.

This was my first time ordering a gift…
This was my first time ordering a gift for my husband at Steel & Barnett, and it won't be my last. I bought two bracelets. My husband had a minor issue with the clasp on one of the bracelets, and after I reached out to customer service about it, they sent me a replacement almost immediately. They were very communicative and very responsive. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
