The Steel Door Company were amazing!!! And really affordable. The quality of my internal steel doors are superb. From the initial consultation with Will, through to Natalia and then Tyler and Olly fitting the doors, it was so so good. I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you guys for an amazing job!!!!

Ordering an expensive door remotely via a website felt risky. However, the overall experience was excellent. The quality of the door is excellent and beyond expectation. The fit is perfect in a complex wall of a 220 year old house.
The measurement survey was conducted by Adrian who patiently took me through the options and design adjustment for a perfect fit.
The design detail was communicated flawlessly to the factory and the installation team. The installers were Lewis, Owen and Simon. They arrived fully prepared to carry out what was a complex installation. Their work was highly professional and time efficient.
These 4 staff members are a credit to the company.
In addition to their skills they were willing to drive an over 12 hours round trip from Steel Doors to my home in Edinburgh. Both Adrian and Lewis's team arrived with a smile and went straight to work and didn't stop until finished.
I would also like to thank Jess and Natalia for coordinating the survey and installation visits and keeping me up to date.

Great experience from start to finish. The doors look incredible, feel substantial and were a great price.
Sales were lovely. The surveyor was thorough and the fitters were super polite, tidy and knowledgeable. My husband is quite picky about finishes and he is incredibly impressed with the job the fitters have done.

The Steel Door Company offer very competitive rates as compared to other door companies supplying either the same product or very similar.

The customer service from my experience was exceptional, in that everyone I had contact with, were professional, helpful and friendly.

Great doors, great service.

My conversation started with Jack over a year before the doors were fitted, purely down to the build journey, but he kept in regular contact with me which I appreciated. Once the openings were fully ready, the team came measured, discussed the options and we ordered the doors :-)

Lead time was fine and they were installed by two friendly, polite engineers who were diligent and just got on with task of getting them fitted. My doors look amazing, really happy with the quality. I'm going to order another one this week :-) thank you Jack and Natalia for all your support
