Excellent quality stainless steel pans but not rocktanium
I bought a 5 Stellar Rocktanium pan set plus a couple of additional items in the rocktanium range. All was initially well. However within 12 months most items had lots their non-stick and the frying pans were particularly bad and despite using lots of oil they seemed to act as extra stick rather than non-stick. Stellar customer services were however great about it and swopped over for a different pan set. I have now given up on non-stick having tried just about every type out there all of which loose their non-stick after so long and requiring the item to be binned which is bad for the environment. The rocktanium range was my last ditch attempt at a durable non-stick. I will not be buying non-stick pans again and have reverted back to stainless steel for environmental and health reasons (eg deteriorating non-stick releases chemicals into the food). The new pan set I got was a Stellar stainless steel eclipse range and the pans are really excellent quality. I have never had such a good pan set. I have high hopes that this is the last time I need to replace my pans in my lifetime. In terms of frying I have purchased a carbon steel frying pan by De Buyer (french company) which you season to create your own natural non-stick and so far it is performing better than any man made non-stick versions I have previously bought. I have also bought the stellar eclipse chefs pan to replace my saute pan. There are youtube videos on how to create your own non-stick using specific methods for stainless steel frying pans / saute pans and for how to season and cook with carbon steel pans. So far I am really happy with the stainless steel replacements and the Stellar quality is excellent so would recommend their stainless steel pans. But I wouldnt recommend the rocktanium pans.

Purchased saute stainless steel 30cm…
Purchased saute stainless steel 30cm pan, shop closed 3 days later, so no return point, everything sticks in pan, emailed to stellar customer service Horwood replied but refused to replace, blamed the cook and eventually stopped communicating with me. £40 out of my pension, every meal sticks to pan despite using various oils and temperatures. Cooked Pancakes as per advice and then they tried to say not suitable for pancakes despite Stellar cooking info on site.
Guarantee of no worth.Sent videos of cooking problems and still ignored.I purchased a stainless steel product and do not want any other. Tried to force a non stick coated pan upon me. And demanded I pay return postage myself for an unfit for purpose product.

Although the product has not been available for some years, Rachel was able to locate the knob required to end my years of inconvenience due to my own fault.
We purchase a set of Stellar saucepans…
We purchase a set of Stellar saucepans a long time ago. The handle of one of the saucepans has started to come loose. The rivets have deteriated and I wanted to replace them before the handle fell off. On contacting Stellar for replacement rivets, I was informed that the particular version of the saucepan had been discontinued. However, Stellar has dispatched the latest equivalent under their Life Time Guarantee. All this correspondence took place over two days. One of the best Customer Service I have every received. Thank you Stellar.
Great customer service!
We had a pan handle fail unusually and I let them know. Within a very short time a replacement was on it's way!
Louis was very helpful with the details and I'm very happy with the customer service.
Great Service
I purchased a pairing knife in Jan 2023 and was highly satisfied with it until at the weekend the end cap came off. On Sunday 16th I sent a message to customer services and Tuesday 18th I received a message from Louis to say a replacement was on it's way via DPD and Wednesday 19th it arrived. That is what I call great service. Faulty item bought 17 months ago and replaced without quibble in three days. Excellent service. What more could you ask.
Pans from the 7000 range do not match…
Pans from the 7000 range do not match each other: different sizes, weights, and design. I thought I must have purchased a fake but according to their (very responsive) customer service they changed factories at some point. Rather frustrating when I was hoping for a nice matching sat.
Teapot leaks and burns you
Teapot leaks whenever you pour tea and burns you both when holding the handle and the knob on the lid when it rests on your hand when re-filling. We've had a Stellar tea pot before and were pleased with it but this new version is a real pain and would not recommend

I bought a Rochester set of ‘dishwasher…
I bought a Rochester set of ‘dishwasher safe’ cutlery as a housewarming present for my son and his new wife just before Christmas. After using the set twice my son noticed that the knives were stained. The forks and spoons were fine. Each time he used the set the staining/rust got worse. I complained to Stellar and was told to go back to Harts of Stur where I bought it. In short they were pretty useless and despite me speaking to various people they said it was not unusual for the staining to occur. Getting nowhere I went back to Stellar who like Harts said you had to dry the ‘dishwasher safe’ knives immediately they were washed or they would stain. I have had a set of cutlery for over 49 years and another very cheap set for over 25 years and neither has ever stained or marked! The knives are obviously a very poor grade of steel. I can’t believe that neither company asked me to send them the knives for their consideration. Very, very poor. Don’t buy anything from Stallar that claims to be stainless steel!
Disappointing purchase
Pans have very hard and unrecoverable glue after you remove their stickers
I contacted seller . I was told no customer has ever complained before that I should use cig. What sort of service is this. Appealing for a company that claims to be UK leader . I would expect something like this with cheap pans not with such expensive ones . I tried everything I can to remove and took me over an hour sadly , stains of glue still on my Pan. Very disappointing
Great Customer Service with quick response
I recently had a problem with a pan I have had for years and I got in touch with Customer Service. Louis could not have been more helpful. He responded so quickly and gave me clear instructions of photos that he required. I sent these and he came back to me immediately and said he was sending a replacement pan. It is so refreshing to get good customer service these days.

I had a Stellar pan that was about ten years old. The handle fell off. I informed Stellar on a Friday and a new one arrived on the Wednesday. Excellent customer service.

Don’t honour the guarantees they stamp on their pots
For some years I asked them to honour their guarantees. I asked Circulon if the issues would be covered by their guarantee if on their pots and they confirmed they would. I again went back to Stellar who then said (contrary to before) they would be covered but I’d need to show the receipt as it had a 10 year guarantee. These had been a gift from my parents so I couldn’t produce that but given it had lifetime guarantee stamped on the bottom this was wrong. I never heard back.
New kettle has rust inside in less than a month
Stellar fails to deliver on it's core promise - which is lifelong quality for the kettles.
I was shocked to discover rust in less than a month of using Stellar Stove Top, Ebony Kettle, 2.5L.
When placing on the induction hob it has a funny smell, too.
Contacted support on 22 December, it's been almost 2 weeks and silence on their side.
I wish I bought another kettle for the stovetop, their marketing is extremely misleading.

Stellar fails to age check and cancels order on EU passport holder/UK home owner
While not being a UK passport holder, but living in UK for many years, it turns out I had no chance in buying a Stellar product from their website.
After paying for my order and attempting to do multiple age verifications via Stellar’s website and also emailing them asking for help and providing the copy of my passport, they have canceled my order and were not willing to help after me providing evidence. I have provided my address details as a homeowner in UK, my electoral register details, and the copy of my passport after they failed to be able to verify my age.
Unfortunately I will not be receiving my order of knives and other kitchen utensils from Stellar.
Do yourself a favour, please avoid buying knives from this company if you are a f0reigner.
I have has stellar pans since 1993…
I have has stellar pans since 1993 still look as good as new, a few boiling dry incidents no problem cleans up as new. Only ever failure was the kettle leaking from spout exchanged without a problem. The rocktanium frying pans brilliant but the James Martin fry pans do not perform. I will never buy any other brand. My kids have them too.
Over the years we have purchased…
Over the years we have purchased several Stellar kitchenware products.
After around 13 years of regular use my Stove Top Espresso Maker developed a fault. The pressure valve spring popped out and meant the unit was no longer safe to use. I got in touch with Louis at Stellar and explained the problem and if there was anyway they could help.
After taking my details and product information he sent me a new one! Unfortunately when it arrived it was smaller than the original. I wasn’t that concerned as I was more than happy at having a replacement at all, but I messaged him about it and within a day another different maker arrived the same size as my original but obviously a newer model and different shape. He arranged for DPD to collect the smaller one that was no good for me.
We’ve had a frying pan swapped after a few years use for the non stick breaking down and a saucepan lid that shattered whilst on the hob. In my opinion, this is one of only a few companies left that not only gives a lifetime guarantee, but also honours it with no quibble and the highest customer service around to ensure you are happy. Couldn’t fault them and will continue to purchase their products. Thanks Louis! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
