Lifetime guarantee you can trust
Excellent customer service. I contacted Horwood (Stellar) by EMAIL to report that the driven wheel/cutting wheel had broken on my can opener. The EMAIL response from Rachel at customer service was fast and I quickly received a replacement item in the post under warranty.

Stellar - in four words; First class customer service. We bought a set of Stellar pans in 2018 and used them more or less every day since. Over time the non-stick coating on one of the pans had started to peel and so, given the Lifetime Guarantee stamped on each pan, we thought we'd contact Stellar. Rachel in customer services did an excellent job, responding immediately, identifying the pan in question and then sorting out a replacement which is on its way to us as I write. Thanks Stellar and Rachel, 5 Stars.

For some unknown reason, a riveted stainless steel handle came adrift from a glass steamer lid, and I had reason therefore to contact the customer services’ department. Without any hesitation, I was offered and provided with the assurance of a free replacement lid and which arrived safely. My dealings with Stellar and its customer services’ department were truly excellent. We have a large number of their products and we would not hesitate in continuing to favour them ahead of all others. Well done Stellar.

Customer service as good as you could get. My issue was dealt with and a replacement despatched within 24 hours.

We bought a set of Stellar Saucepans and a Frying pan in 2019. They have been amazing but unfortunately they have been showing some wear with the constant use and dishwasing.
I sent an email to Stellar Customer Service explaining the problem and that we no longer had the receipt.
I had a very prompt reply from Rachel. She told me that as long as we could show proof of purchase with a bank statement that would be acceptable.
It took me a while but eventually I found it and messaged Rachel back. Within a matter of a day she had organised to send a new set of pans out to us under guarantee.
Absolutely first class customer service. No quibble. No trying to make things so difficult that in the end you give up. Just straight, very courteous and very professional service. The epitome of how customer services should be.
We need more Rachel's.

No quibble replacement Stellar saucepan lid
We have owned a set of 3 Stellar saucepans for several years and they have served us very well. Unfortunately the handle on one of the lids came off and we were unable to repair it. Despite not being able to find the receipt from so long ago i thought it worth getting in touch with customer services given their lifetime guarantee. I received a very prompt reply from Rachel with an apology and the offer of a replacement lid. This in turn arrived within a few days. I can't express how refreshing my experience was and would certainly recommend their products as a result. Thank you!

I’m a long time user of Stellar cookware and when I had an unexpected issue with a pan I contacted customer service. The response from Rachel was friendly and professional and she quickly assessed the problem, helped by photos I sent, and organised a foc replacement. Excellent customer service and I remain a happy customer. The investment I made in Stellar products has been very worthwhile.

After contacting Stellar about a faulty pan I received a reply with 48 hours {It was the week end}.
I had lovely message from Rachel who ordered a new pan for me. I was told it would arrive within 7-10 days but I had received it within 4 days.

I have a kitchen full of stellar goods , pans , frying pans , stock pot , kettle , cutlery , tea pot , tin opener , peeler , I swear by them and have had them all 20 years plus , however my pepper pot base plug broke recently , I contacted stellar to ask if it could be repaired, there customer service has been absolutely fantastic and replaced both my salt and pepper pots like for like , far more than my expectations, so anybody thinking of buying stellar good feel assured you getting lasting great value and quality assured

NOT 18/10 Stainless Steel
After owning the matching teapot for years (and being very happy with it), I purchased the Stellar Art Deco, 6 Cup Espresso Maker from an Amazon 3rd party seller - described in the advert as being made of 18/10 stainless steel.
I was mis-sold the product based upon that misrepresentation. Parts of the product are highly magnetic, but 18/10 is only slightly magnetic (austenitic steel).
I specifically wanted to purchase a product that was completely free of aluminium due to health concerns regarding possible toxicity of aluminium and link to Alzheimer’s disease. However, the internal coffee holder does not appear as though constructed from stainless steel and more closely resembles aluminium. When using the tamping disc the middle screw also leaves an aluminium type dust imprint on top of the pressed coffee. I wish I could upload photos here.
It has some design issues - doesn't use up all the water in the water-tank, and it is very difficult to thoroughly clean the upper chamber.
The taste of the coffee is not great and it leaves a dry scratchy feeling in the back of my throat that I just don’t experience when using exactly the same coffee and water in my automatic coffee machine.
In this day and age when customers want - and deserve - a precise and comprehensive breakdown of all materials used in the construction of products, both for environmental and health reasons, Stellar need to become a LOT more transparent about this.
In the meantime this expensive espresso maker - assembled from an array of questionable materials potentially damaging to human health with long term usage - is shortly destined for landfill, and I won’t be buying any more Stellar products.
