Package was held by Royal Mail due to insufficient postage being paid by Stellarcards. I paid the excess postage fee to receive my ordered item. I then emailed Stellarcards to explain the situation... もっず芋る

Had a few orders recently, 3x destined rivals half booster, 1x paradox half booster. Delivery was quick and they package products superbly! Tough to catch restocks so you have to be on the ball.... もっず芋る

Hi Jonathan, somethings not right here. I have just checked our emails and the messages people can leave through the site and there is nothing from you other than orders (multiple orders) can you email me on @ info@stellarcards.co.uk forwarding the message you sent so I can get to the bottom of this. We never want to send out items people don't want it's a costly thing to do. While looking I couldn't see any emails or messages about returning the item? Again reach out I can arrange it. Also reach and let me know if you still want the outstanding preorder items.

Fast Delivery, Great Customer Service

Purchased some cards from StellarCards and the process was fast and easy. Although I purchased late on Friday, Dean got the delivery ready for a Saturday dispatch which was wasn’t expecting but appreciated.

Shipping was a touch delayed but that was down to delays at the pickup point and out of StellarCards control. I was kept in the loop and Dean even called me once he had a shipping update from them regarding my order.

Overall really positive experience and will definitely order from them again.
