Was comfortable & had pleasant sailing
Was comfortable & had pleasant sailing, all staff were very friendly & helpful, VIP lounge was clean & comfortable, ordered meal which was good quality & good value.
My only criticism is that shop & bar are not open longer during sailing.

The experience was ok
What you get for your money is very good but the offloading experience was really bad
We and all other cars had to wait 40 minutes for all the trucks and freight to get offloaded. Without any information about why we weren’t able to get offloaded the ship it felt like we just got forgotten on the upper deck of the ship

First time experience with car on a ferryboat. From buy ticket online untill getting of the ferry everything went well. The meals on board are fresh en good. Very positieve expence.

For me, this was once again a life-changing experience – it was my second time traveling with Stena Line, and everything on board went completely according to plan. The food and the organization of the dinners were very delicious and, quite unusually for a Czech traveler, truly a fantastic experience. The cleanliness and the behavior of the crew were top-notch; honestly, I don't know what else to add, except that I think the company should invest more in advertising in countries like the Czech Republic. This way of traveling is not very well known here, and people generally have no idea that they can travel for very reasonable money – thanks to your recommendations, we got great tickets, and people don't realize they can easily afford it.
Whenever I told anyone about my travel experiences on the way back, they always asked me how much I paid, and when I told them the actual price, they practically didn't believe me. I know I traveled off-season, etc., but I wish everyone could afford to experience this atmosphere at least once in their lifetime – enjoying dinner with a sea view or having breakfast overlooking the sea. If I plan another ferry trip in the future, I will definitely look into traveling with Stena Line again, and I thank them very much for letting me travel with them."

Great ferry trip
Great ferry trip, but a disappointing issue with the cabin bathroom
Overall, we had a great experience travelling with Stena Line. Everything was really good apart from one major issue with our sleeping cabin.
Unfortunately, there was a really bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which made it impossible to use. As a result, we had to use the public toilets whenever needed and couldn’t shower during the trip, having to wait until we got home.
This was a real shame, as otherwise everything was great. We would have enjoyed the journey much more if we’d been able to use the bathroom facilities in our cabin. Hopefully, this is something Stena Line can look into, as having a clean, usable bathroom is an important part of the overall experience.

the ferry should be first choice of everyone!
It's great to have the possibility to travel as foot passenger. Only it's a lot easier to fly. Please protect our climate by making your product (travel by ferry) as easy as possible. The ferry should be first choice without much thinking, and not the flight.

Good crossing
Good crossing. Ferry on time. Very clean. Only spoilt with insisting the dog has to be in a fully enclosed crate.

Over all it was ok enough, but improvents can be done.
Booking went 6-stars- same with payment,order confirmation,check-in etc.
I liked that there was a pet lounge for us to sit. But compared to other ships we've sailed with, the dog toilet should have been cleaned better. My dog (and other dogs) hesitated to use it. It smelled extremely heavy of urine. 1 star here
The lights should have been dimmed in the lounge-We traveled by the night ferry, but fair enough.
The "dinner" we ordered (schnitzel and fries)..The frying oil should have been changed earlier. Dark and smokey harsh taste.2 stars here.
The toilets was clean and tidy- so 6-stars also here.
Over all it was ok enough. So therefor 3 stars
