Great overall experience
Super friendly staff, trip well organized, everything nice, clean and comfortable.
Great customer service: I accidently booked the wrong ticket and found out 3 hours before departure. Problem solved very quick and efficient
No more airplanes for UK trips for me.

We had a deluxe cabin
We had a deluxe cabin. It was large and comfortable. The staff was exceptional. When we had a minor issue with the toilet in our room, both Gary and Fernando stepped up to correct the issue. We found the crossing to be a comfortable and relaxing experience. Just what we needed after a month of hectic travel on trains. Thumbs up to Stena Line for there exemplary service.

Very pleasant low key travel by Ferry. Dinner was surprisingly good, staff were very helpful; easy to navigate our folding bike from the long ramp to the storage.

Great experience travelling with our dog
We travelled with Stena Line from Hook of Holland to Harwich with our dog and had a very good experience. The whole journey was smooth and well organised. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was easy, and travelling with our dog was straightforward. The ferry was clean and comfortable. After a very long journey across Europe, it was lovely to have such a relaxing final part of our trip. Thank you!

Good were
Good were: Clean Cabin (though only 1 towel for 2 of us), Ferry on time
Areas for improvement: 1) As we were on a bike there was no separate queue, we had to queue in amongst the cars both boarding and disembarkation (ok as not raining, but not ideal as car drivers run their engines!) 2) A full English bfast doesnt include tomatoe sauce (really?) 3) Glass of wine 10EUR ! 4)Poor signposting at Harwich to the train station (maybe not Stenas problem)

Stena always provides an excellent service.
Polite, welcoming and helpful staff. Very comfortable cabin and the Stena Plus Lounge was excellent, and the ships sailing times have always been to schedule.

We booked night ferry from sweden and…
We booked night ferry from sweden and booked reclining seats to get some sleep during the transit to Denmark. It was absolutely impossible to get some sleep due to location of the reclining seat area next to the restaurant and the constant flow of passengers passing through the isle between the seats.

Strengths: Easy check-in process; friendly staff; nice, clean amenities on board; compact, but clean rooms; smooth crossings. Areas for improvement: It would be helpful to have luggage storage facilities at the docks for foot passengers; more reliable bus-to-town pick up at the docks on weekends.
