Great service from Stirling
We have bought several pieces of furniture from Stirling furniture and have always received great service. We bought a mattress last weekend. We were there for about 3 hours trying the mattresses out and receiving help and advice but no pressure from the knowledgeable salesman.

Staff wonderful, recommend baby changing
The staff at the Fort Kinnaird store were welcoming and friendly. We’ve been to other furniture retailers where you’re approached by multiple staff members as you browse and it gets quite frustrating. There is obviously a good established system at Sterling so one member of staff introduced himself on our arrival and was there for any questions but we feel we could browse in a relaxed manner without pressure and without feeling like we were being watched.
Having spent a few hours and chosen our new sofa it was disappointing to end the visit on a sour note due to the lack of baby changing facilities. Our baby slept for most of our visit but needed changed at the end, if this had happened earlier and we found no facilities we probably would have left. A small thing but for families it’s significant. I imagine the cost to install changing facilities to the disabled toilet would be minimal and would highly recommend the Sterling team do so in all stores.

Excellent store, offering a great selection and excellent service.
Excellent store, great selection of sofas and chairs. All the staff were extremely helpful, especially Sanjeeve. We met him the first day we called into the store and we were impressed with his excellent customer care. After measuring the room and deciding on the furniture at home we called in to the store to discuss everything further with Sanjeeve. He helped to make the whole process a pleasure.

Excellent experience
Ordered a mattress. Helpful staff in the store.Delivrty came early.Delivery drivers were lovely and helpful. Still got a bit of a chemical smell hope this goes from the mattress.

Poor Product
I posted a review 1 year ago about my sofas bought from Sterling Home. I got a response to my review asking me to contact customer services about my concerns. As the problems with the sofas continued to get worse I contacted customer services and they sent out inspector. They reported that there was a manufacturing fault with the sofas as covers to seats and backs were not made properly causing them to tear! They agreed to replace covers however when they arrived to fit them they were all made wrong size and I am awaiting them being remade! I am however still dissatisfied how different the covers colouring was next to the base of my sofas due to the sofa now being 1 1/2 years old. I have raised my concerns about colour and the fitter agreed and took photos of sofas to show this! I have asked them to recover the rest of the sofas to match but they will only agree to remaking the covers for seat and back cushions. I am disappointed with their response as this was a manufacturing fault and really should have been fit for sale in the first place. Also It has taken over 5 months to get to this point since raising concerns direct. Sofas cost £5000 so I did expect them to be more durable and made properly. Definately would not use thus company again!

TERRIBLE QUALITY
Absolutely furious after paying nearly £6k for a ‘genuine leather suite’ it’s already flaking on one seat, has misalignment issues on other sofa and also needs re-padding on headrests after only 3 months light use!
Awaiting a tech visit from manufacturer next Saturday for them to assess problems, and have been assured from customer services it’s definitely genuine leather 🙄, although you’d think genuine leather would last longer than 3 months??
I’ve notified my credit card company and will be more than ready to take this to small claims court to get matter resolved !
