Excellent customer service from start to finish.
I recently purchased a sofa and on 2 occasions prior to buying I dealt with Amy Ireland who was welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient while I asked questions and compared options. Once we had seen the sofa and sat in it Elaine came over and helped us with the order. Elaine was brilliant and even though we decided to change the colour it was done without any problems. Elaine has been fantastic.
