I took my 89 year old mother for lunch…
I took my 89 year old mother for lunch in the store, we ordered 2 rolls in bacon and sausage, also 2 cups of tea. I asked if the rolls could be delivered with the tea, informed no problem. When the buzzer gadget went off the food ready I picked up the rolls on table, no tea. We soon discovered the butter applied heavily and bacon and sausage slightly warm. We scraped most of the butter off, I then went up to ask about our Tea! I was informed the needed evidence we had purchased 2 Cups of Tea. I went back to table and found the receipt, after close examination I was told I would need to Wait. I then asked if she would take the buzzer which was still going off. The staff member said no, I then had to lay it on the food pickup table. I then asked another member of staff about the Tea, she left and returned, heavily placing the tray on the table and marched off. My tea pot was leaking and produced a puddle on table. The Comical event was all captured on their CCTV. If they take the time to view this, they will see how Exactly as I said, this saga played out.

The standard of the carpet fitting & supply of matresses
The standard of the carpet fitting was perfect . With respect to the mattresses this was not so good as they will have to be returned to the manufacturer for replacement as the zips did not align .

We went in just to look for inspiration and we ended up coming away with a beautiful 4 seater sofa. Lauren was so helpful from the minute she introduced her self, explaining options / fabrics. Such an easy process. The manager David was also very helpful! Will definitely be back for more furniture!

No Pressure
Went to Sterling Mills to buy a sofa. Michael Neish gave us space to consider our options and time to make our decision without any undue pressure. He was very helpful and informative and a pleasure to deal with instead of sales folk who hover over you. Thanks Michael.

Great range of quality sofa displays.
Couldn't fault the service I got from the sales rep.
Super friendly, very knowledgeable on all aspects of the Duresta sofas I was interested in and other.
I visited the store several times and she was very patient with all my questions, while I was trying to reach a decision.
Giving me quality time. Helped me find the perfect sofa for my living room and even gave me some fab tips on how to style it 😊.
I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Excellent range of furniture options
Sterling Home at Tilicoultry is our new favourite furniture shop. Great range of options from luxurious contemporary to traditional with an equally good range of prices. Finlay was a great help today assisting us in choosing the right dining table ( venjakob) and selecting the right chair in our price band, Vibe swivel chairs.
