After reviewing the emails you and our team exchanged, we believe we have provided an adequate resolution to the issue. We've presented all of the needed information as to what happened to your order.

Also, based on the assessment, we offered you a resolution of a reprint in another material that would be better for your artwork, but it was declined as you have already printed with another company. As a gesture of goodwill, we have offered a credit discount instead, as we are unable to refund anymore since we have already offered a reprint in the first place.

We want to assure you that this is not a representation of the level of quality we strive to provide our clients. We value your business; hence, all of the efforts were made to this point.
