I placed an order over a month ago and never received it. After I reached out for an update, I was told the shipment was “lost, held, or returned in transit” and was offered a replacement that was supposed to ship the week of May 25.

That replacement was never shipped either. Instead, I received conflicting updates saying it was still being prepared, while later being told they had “plenty of stock available for immediate shipment.” I never received a tracking number or a clear explanation of what happened to my original order.

After weeks of waiting and multiple inconsistent responses from customer service, I requested a refund. I ultimately had to file a chargeback with American Express to get my money back as the company would not refund me themselves

To make matters worse, after leaving a comment on one of their Instagram posts about my experience, my account was blocked instead of my concerns being addressed.

My experience was disappointing from start to finish, and I would not order from this company again.

I ordered 14 Sticky Bestie Bags for my friends this summer, and I honestly couldn't have picked a better gift. The colors are so bright, fun, and cheerful, they instantly put you in a summer mood.

What really sold me is how versatile they are. I've seen them used as going-out clutches, cosmetic bags, travel pouches, and everyday catch-alls. They're the kind of bag you end up reaching for all the time because they're both cute and practical.

If you're looking for a fun, stylish gift or just want a colorful accessory for yourself, these bags are such a great find!

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and my order has still not been processed. Their customer service advised that they’d reached out to the warehouse/logistics team and would provide an update with my tracking info once available. Still nothing and so I will dispute the transaction via my bank. It’s a scam and they likely order the bags from Amazon and then ship them to customers who make chase them about not receiving an order!

I placed an order 30th of may and I have not heard a thing after that. Tried leaving a comment on Instagram, which they promptly deleted. I’ve also sent an email, but judging by all the reviews left here I can probably count the money as lost.

Listen to the reviews... don't do it. I ordered my bag in April and just like everyone else, they promise it will ship and then I hear nothing. I have spammed their comments and they removed them so it doesnt look bad to other users. This is bad and unacceptable.

I would not give them a star if I could. I ordered x2 bags on 23/4 and have sent emails chad9ng the order ever since. I even received an email stating the items had been sent. But no tracking number. When I chased again I received an email to say they were delayed, did I wakt a refund or wait for the delivery. I gave them the benefit of doubt and waited. Yet still no tracking so I emailed again to be told they were being sent the next day. Yet again, no tracking info and on contacting them asking for a full refund I was stalled by several emails saying what do you want us to do.....and now an email stating they may not be able to refund on the original payment method can they use PayPal. Sorry no, I dont have PayPal....so I am still waiting. My advice? Stay away from this scam of a company. Very disappointing

Ordered on April 3 and still haven’t received anything. I’ve been told the item was out of stock, that a replacement was being sent, and even promised a refund, which never arrived either. Despite frequent emails, nobody actually resolves the issue. Terrible communication and zero accountability. Disastrous experience. Skip it.

I never received my order, they promised to send it twice, and month and a half later, still waiting my refund.

Do not buy from this company. They are scammers.
They’ll take your money, won’t fulfil the order and then give you the runaround trying to get a refund. They’ll promise you that “managers” are looking into the case but you will never see your items or your money. All this while addressing you as “Bestie” in the clearly automated correspondence (vom).
I wouldn’t be surprised if the good reviews are all fake and bot generated because everything about my experience here screams scam.
I’ve now had to raise this as a disputed payment with my bank.

Jeg er desværre meget skuffet over min oplevelse med Sticky Bestie indtil videre.

Jeg lagde en ordre den 21. maj og har siden da ikke modtaget nogen form for opdatering, hverken via e-mail, leveringstracking eller information i appen. Det efterlader mig i en meget frustrerende situation, da jeg som kunde forventer en vis grad af kommunikation omkring min ordre og dens status.

Jeg har fuld forståelse for, at der kan opstå forsinkelser, men det er manglen på information og opfølgning, der gør oplevelsen særligt skuffende. Som betalende kunde forventer jeg som minimum at blive informeret, hvis der er ændringer eller længere leveringstid end forventet, specielt eftersom jeg har prøvet at skrive til dem direkte/privat.

Jeg håber oprigtigt, at Sticky Bestie vil tage kontakt hurtigst muligt med en forklaring samt en opdatering på min ordre, da jeg stadig ønsker at have en positiv oplevelse med virksomheden.

I ordered 4 bags on April 26th. They never shipped. I contacted the company and was informed they'd be shipping within 5 days. Still no bags. Contacted them again (a week ago) and I've received no reply. I'm forced to contact my credit card company to cancel the charge. What an unprofessional company.

I would do a zero star if possible.
Order from Sticky Bestie in April. It’s now June order never received, refund requested still not received. I made a comment on a FB post - it was deleted .
Emails coming calling me Bestie but this isn’t how you treat a “bestie”

Bag never showed up. 3 months out now. Don’t waste your money

The package came quick and I got emails along the way. The bag is better than I thought. So cute and I can use it as a makeup bag or a clutch on a night out. The customer service is amazing me they get back to you instantly.

I ordered my bags May 5th , 2026 they were a gift for my sister for graduating college and I still till this day don’t have my bags ! I’ve emailed , I’ve said something on instagram and Facebook and they kept blocking my pages instead of helping a paying customer ! They don’t value their customers at all !

DO NOT BUY. All the bad reviews are true. I followed up over a month after my purchase wondering where my items were and they were not even shipped yet. So I cancelled my order. Refund was supposed to be LATEST May 21... It's now June 8. I followed up end of May for where my refund was. I asked several times and emailed with different "managers" when my refund is coming in and they still tried to get me to keep my order. I just had to process a dispute with my bank to get the money back because they are refusing to answer my emails.
