Worst shopping experience. Ordered and payed, got payment confirmation mail and nothing else. No delivery information, estimated time for it, tracking number...nothing. after about a month sent an email to ask about my order. Turned out they havent sent anything yet, after i expressed my frustration and dissappointment I demanded that they send me some tacking info, customer service appologised said the order has been sent and gave me some kind of tracking number. The tracking never showed anything, the link never worked, they have never sent anything or appologised for it, i waited TWO MONTHS in total an then demanded to have my money back. They eventually canceled my order and made a refund on my account. NEVER AGAIN. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend ordering from StickyBestie based on my experience. I placed my order on 20 May, it’s been over six weeks, my tracking hasn’t moved for weeks, and I’m still waiting. Customer service kept promising it would be dispatched soon, but nothing changed. I’ve now requested a refund. DO NOT BUY

I will NEVER buy anything from this lot again. I have been waiting over a month for my order and nothing has arrived. I have contacted them three times. I get sent a hold email and then, surprise, surprise, I hear NOTHING. They are rubbish with dreadful customer care

Similar experience to others giving a one-star review. Placed my order, then never received a shipping email. Reached out and they said my order had been sent back to them (which is weird because according to them, I should have received a shipping email). Then they claimed they sent an email about this saying I could choose between a refund or order a replacement (never received alleged email). They offered me a payment link to order again (hell no) with a complimentary gift.

I placed an order on May 14, 2026 (Order #112143). It is now July 5, 2026 and I have not received my order. I have sent upwards of 10 email inquiries, all of which were met with generic responses saying my order what in process. I then commented on their social media to warn others not to purchase and was immediately blocked. PLEASE don’t waste your money with this company.

I ordered two bags almost two months ago and have had one update that it “shipped” but the tracking number doesn’t work. No idea where the bags are and the support is no help.

Wish I’d read these reviews before I paid £61 for 6 bags. This company is 100% a scam. I got an email confirming my order, then a few days later I received an email saying my order was cancelled because my funds were denied (even though it has come out of my bank) so I emailed them, to which they replied that my order was lost in transit so they emailed me to ask if I wanted to reorder but I never got back to them. I never received these emails nor did I receive a dispatch email. I responded telling them so. To which I received another email saying here is a link to pay for and reorder your bags!!!! I’m really hoping Monzo can get me my money back. I also read that someone else said that Sticky blocked them on Instagram because they kept posting ‘where’s my order?’ ‘Please refund me’ so I’ve just been on instagram to check them out again and they have actually blocked me already - honestly do not order from them - it is a scam

Feels like a scam. I ordered on Friday, order was canceled on Saturday due to "nonpayment" .. except they refunded me lol .. reading the reviews I guess I got lucky. Yet when I reached out to ask, they sent me a canned email about my order being lost in transit and how they tried to reach out to me multiple times but I never responded, so they canceled the order. Impossible lol my order was canceled less than 24 hours after I placed it, and when I reached out again, I got the same canned bot response.

I wouldn't trust this company

I ordered 2 bags from this company on April 24, 2026, and my card was charged on that date. No refund was ever given since I said I would wait for the bags. Now it is 3 months later and I get an email saying the order was cancelled and they tried to charge my card and it declined. My bank always notifies me of charges if they were declined and I will transfer money if need be. So they wanted to charge my card again for something that I have already paid for?????????
I guess because i'm not a influencer or anyone inportant that they decided to cancel this order. This is BS as I have been more than patience with getting my order that I have PAID for already.

A scam company! Made an order and paid for it three months ago, still no delivery. Also asked for a refund due to no delivery, they won’t give it to me.
Do NOT buy anything from here, if you don’t like being scammed!

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Two months ago I ordered two make up bags. After a month I messaged them to say I haven’t received them and they said I was at the top of the priority list! A week goes by I email again another week… nothing. Then I complain again cancel my order and ask if the refund can be to a different account. I said no I want it back in the account I used. Then they said a refund would happen 5-12 working days. Weeks goes by I email again. I comment on instagram but they delete my posts. Now they’ve blocked me on instagram. I have no product and they have quite clearly stolen my hard earned money with no intention to ever refund or send the product I ordered. Complete scam!! They should be shut down and arrested!

They are quick to respond and I’m excited to get some products.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have been trying desperately to get a hold of ANYONE in this company for an entire month. They charged me for goods they have never sent me. I don't know if any humans actually work at this place. You can only chat with unhelpful AI, who will talk to you CRAZY lol. There seems to no real way to get a hold of live representative with this company. Maybe if you're an influencer it's different, but if you're just a regular customer the answer seems to be good luck! I literally just want to receive what I paid for.

Ik ben erg teleurgesteld over mijn ervaring met dit bedrijf. Ik heb mijn bestelling geplaatst op 12 mei, maar tot op heden heb ik nog steeds niets ontvangen.
Volgens de trackinginformatie is het pakket voor het laatst bijgewerkt op 15 juni. Sindsdien is er geen enkele beweging of update meer geweest. Ondanks het lange wachten heb ik geen duidelijke informatie ontvangen over waar mijn pakket zich bevindt of wanneer ik het kan verwachten.
Als klant verwacht ik dat een bestelling binnen een redelijke termijn wordt geleverd en dat er goede communicatie is wanneer er vertragingen optreden. Helaas is dat hier niet het geval geweest.
Ik hoop dat het bedrijf dit probleem alsnog snel oplost, maar op basis van mijn huidige ervaring kan ik hen niet aanbevelen.

I wouldn't buy here, I placed my order on May 29th, never got it, they said they'd reship it on June 19th, as of now I haven't got any shipment code on the new shipment, nor any ideas of when they can send it. They answer and reply really friendly, but the product DOES NOT get shipped.

I’ve gotten multiple makeup pouches and clutch from sticky bestie and absolutely LOVED it! I purchased a bunch to gift to my friends and they are absolutely amazed! They loved how it is multi purpose bag! U can use it as a makeup bag, clutch and dress it up and down. Great quality

placed an order on April 26th and have yet to receive anything; no product, no refund, nothing.

After lots really lots of emails chasing my package (customer support, managers even Cathy the CEO - LOL) , I was eventually promised a replacement shipment. That never arrived either. When I escalated further, I started receiving the same copy-paste emails from Cathy the CEO, managers, and all sorts of customer support people telling me my refund would be processed within 5 to 12 business days. I received that exact same email many times. In fact each time I reach out to them they send a generic AI reply, even whern answered by Cathy the CEO! Needless to say, the 12 days have passed, repeatedly, and not a single penny has been returned to my account.

This is not a customer service failure. This is a pattern. The repeated identical emails, the undelivered replacement, the refund that never materialises, this is what a scam operation looks like.

I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from Stickybestie to think twice. Save your money and buy elsewhere from a retailer who actually delivers what you pay for and stands behind their commitments. And there are many many serious retailers in the world.

I will be escalating this through my bank and reporting this to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

A one star rating is being very generous. Ordered in April and it is July and still have not received my order or my refund. Do not order!!! Just disputed charge on my CC.

I love the aesthetic of their bags and how cute they look! , perfect for all of my makeup and to fit everything as well as make it extremely stylish. Perfect for summer , and also love the small bag charms, looks very trendy - Leyla

I ordered my bags a MONTH ago. I only have a tracking link that hasn't updated ONCE in two weeks. They didn't offer me any discount, refund, extra goodies, nothing. just a tracking link that shows zero activity. if you need these in a timely manner, buy something else. I still don't have the bags.
