My husband and I like to support independent and smaller businesses, however our experience with Stonebridge has unfortunately been costly and time consuming. Communication was poor from the start. This should have been sufficient warning, however it was Easter holiday time and we gave the agent the benefit of the doubt. However when holiday time was over, emails were not responded to, the memorandum of sale wasn't issued as agreed and worst of all the house that we had an offer accepted for was still on the market, and this was over three weeks after our offer was accepted. After several emails and phone calls this was eventually rectified and we thought finally the purchase was moving forward, only to be told by our solicitor that we were not the only people purchasing this property and that we had entered into a contract race without our knowledge. This situation was never explained to us or raised by the agent. We again returned to the agent for clarification and were promised that this would be rectified, and despite reassurances our solicitors were not notified. We eventually realised that these were false promises and we were being strung along and had no option but to pull out of the sale. This has been a costly and time consuming lesson.

I was very impressed after meeting Shaz for a valuation on my property He was very straight talking and honest and gave me a realistic valuation that would get my property sold,which is what I asked for unlike some of the bigger Estate agent chains who over inflated the price to try and get the work.
Shaz,Mittal and Faisal were all very responsive,answered all my questions quickly and organised an open day within a week of marketing.
They have great knowledge of the local market and organised a full list of potential buyers for the open day.
They dealt with all the viewings and questions from potential buyers and within a week I had a few offers.They talked me through every offer and when I made my decision to accept one of the offers they continued to handle all repeat viewings and queries from the buyer and their Solicitor.
