Great service from Stonebridge, and Shazu Kahn in particular. Really helpful when getting the property ready to be put on the market, and accepted an offer over the asking price within a week of listing. They dealt with all queries during the sale, and chased the buyer/solicitors to expedite the process. All in all, Stonebridge made what can be a painful process really easy.

Used these agents to sell my flat in Manor Park couple of months ago, and I used them a few years back when I was buying the flat. They are very knowledgeable, having been in this business for many years. They are also professional and made the process much smoother and easier for me in both cases. They were able to answer many questions in regards to the process but also helped to make sure that the buyer's solicitor was progressing faster. They kept me well informed throughout the process and helped tremendously with the communication between myself and the buyer. Their service is also much more personal than the one of big agencies, so it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them and I definitely recommend them to anyone selling their flat!

Thanks to Shaz, Mitul and the whole team at Stonebridge who went above and beyond to make buying a house (in the same week as having our first baby) as stress free as possible. The entire transaction was an incredibly positive one and I would wholeheartedly recommend using their services.

I would to take this opportunity as regards to selling my parents property, as normal I studied the options available to me. On recommendation from my solicitor I spoke to a high street estate agents called STONEBRIDGE of Eastham in East London. I was very happy with the attitude of the agents and their attitude to their business, so decided to hire them to sell my house. All I can say is to recommend them without hesitation they have been totally professional in all aspects of the sale.

Such a let down

Had an viewing in Upton Park .
Went there 5 minutes earlier.
Waited till the agreed time,
Rung the agent 10 minutes after , and was told they couldn’t make it to the appointment.
But to ring and the owner would let me in.
I did,
The owner said that they wouldn’t let me without the agent.
It costed me time and travel and the outcome was....😨

I approached Stonebridge a few weeks ago regarding buying my first property. Firstly I am not in a rush to buy property yet, I am still scoping the market to see what the trends in prices are. I have connected with many of the high street estates agents and I felt they just wanted to sell me anything so they can make their commission. I knew that Stonebridge were new to the market as a company but have experienced estate agents in their team.

When speaking to the Stonebridge team over a coffee I didnt feel rushed into buying 'anything' instead I was offered good advice based on my financial situation. I was told about the market trends and which direction the market is heading. I was shown properties within my price range and even told me the pro's and con's of each property. This is information is vital and was not offered from the high street agents.

I have not made a purchase yet however the Stonebridge team and I are in regular contact regarding my first property. I receive texts and house images from the executives at Stonebridge for properties that may interest me. As they know what im looking for I don't get spammed. I was also informed about the new rules when buying a property and outlining that there are many more costs/fees associated to buying a house it's not just the figure you see in the shop window.

Overall I feel the communication between us is great but even more importantly I was given information that I was previously unaware of. For the individuals who are first time buyers (who don't want to be rushed into buying) or want information regarding a property I would strongly recommend to connect with Stonebridge over a coffee and hopefully you receive the same customer service I did.
