Fast shipping and great after-sales…
Fast shipping and great after-sales support. I bought dropper bottles for my test, and they work much better than what I used before from another brand.

Service above and beyond
I needed some small spare parts for a StonyLab vacuum pump, and although they were not available on their parts list, StonyLab provided them, so I didn't have to scrap a whole pump for want of a small part. Exceptionally flexible customer care, rare in this day and age. Warmed my heart, to be honest!
