Haven't gone to the unit yet, this site is nice and easy though, but I did get a promo code from retailmenot and I can't find where to put it.

I made reservations today at 3pm with an agent named ABBY....SHE IS OUTSTANDING, to say the least! I am in an unfamiliar state, handling the death of a beloved elder in my family. Abby was courteous, understanding, cheerful, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to assist me and I TRULY APPRECIATE ALL OF HER EFFORTS...You should be very proud to have her on your team...lol...SHE IS A WINNER!!!! and THANK YOU Thank You thank you ABBY.

Called the toll free number and within 10 minutes I had my storage compartment reserved and ready for me to just show up and pay. Customer Service was great, all questioned answered and no giving out personal payment info over phone.

Due to a delay in our new house closing in the new city to be removed to three hours away, I called storage.com to get a storage space for a full house worth of stuff. They found me what I thought was the only 10 x 30 space available in the city of Vancouver Washington. I was a static and very thankful to get it. 10 minutes later the manager of the storage facility called me and said that he had no idea what storage.com was telling me, because that space is not available and they have not had a 10 x 30' space available for months and months. I was left scrambling to find any adequate space for my moving van to move things into the next morning.

I would NOT recommend Storage.com.
