Friendly staff very obliging offering the use of their 2 ton diesel truck when u move in. The big benefit of this branch
is it’s all under cover away from the weather. The manager has a sense of humour and that I found amusing.
Recommend this place is the best in the west.

My first time ever having to rent a storage unit and the process was seamless with Grant and his team. Big thanks to Jade who went above and beyond for us. It was the easiest, quickest process with no hassle involved at all. The whole experience was amazing. My sister and I loved it. Awesome customer service. Friendliest loveliest team. So so happy ! Thanks guys 😊

All storage is under cover, access is easy, premises are clean and tidy and secure

Simple, easy, convenient. Having a large covered drive in area was wonderful. Allows you to worry about moving your stuff rather than getting wet in the rain.

Convenience of location was the draw card for Storage King Henderson, however it was the service, excellent facilities and communication that made this experience 5 stars.

The staff were always friendly and found the perfect unit for us while were were renovating. They had great options with flexible timelines as we didn’t know how long we would need storage.

During the Auckland floods in Feb 23, we were initially worried for our belongings, however the facility stayed dry and our items were safe.

The monthly payment was easy and fast. We had the option to set up a direct debit, or pay manually through a simple and easy to navigate online portal. The online portal gave us flexibility to pay with comms coming to us via email well in advance and only took about 1 min each month.
I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Jade and the Team are highly Personable, Friendly, yet Professional. They were understanding of all the pressures I was under time-wise and in other respects too and totally helpful attitudes to go the extra mile. I'm a returning customer and, once again, I've been very satisfied by the service offered by Storage King Henderson. The stuff is very friendly and accommodating - I've got offered a month for free linked to the unit I've chosen and they've gave me a voucher to use for next time - and the range of unit sizes they offer is very good. I also like the location of this building due to its easy access (the entrance is just off a good size but not too trafficate street) and the close proximity to the police station, which gave me a good sense of safety when I had to access the unit in the after hours. Another bonus is the fact that this storage is fully covered and with air con system. I didn't experience any problem even when I had to leave my clothes inside the unit.
I'll definitely use this storage again!

Easy service , great staff , value for money

I've had storage units a few times now from various companies, but have to say that Grant and his team were awesome, I couldn't fault them. Customer service was first class and they went out of their way to help especially when I had movers that didn't show up and ended up moving into the unit late at night. The facility is clean and dry. Access was easy at all times. Wouldn't hesitate using the Henderson facility again.
