Only one comment - the wheels on your wooden trolley are knackered and need replacing!!

The ladies at Storage King Swanson were so helpful and accommodating when I needed a unit during Covid 19 lockdown in September. The free use of their van to shift my belongings into storage was invaluable. It was a joy to do business with professional and cheery staff.

We have been happy with Storage King. However, we feel that the building we are storing our stuff in could be kept a bit more clean. A good sweeping would be a big help. I had to sweep out our unit before we put stuff in it.

This team at Swanson have been a HUGE Blessing in more ways than one!!! There’s NOT enough characters here to write up all the wonderful and excellent service that’s been shown to my wife and I from the very first phone call on day one of the Move. In particular an awesome humble and gentle natured staff member (Kris) who from the get-go really put us at ease (especially what we’ve been through), and even to this day, nothing has changed - so TOP MARKS to her, Rob and the rest of the team for being such nice bunch of people to deal with. I have every respect for your crew at Swanson and if only (ONLY), other branch’s were like this.

Storage King Swanson are great, and goes above and beyond to meet our needs especially in this pandemic.

I have found Storage King to be a very satisfying company to deal with. Every care is given to make customers feel assured that belongs are well cared for during storage. I am more than satisfied with my dealings with Storage King.

It has been excellent service all the way, clear and simple instructions, and friendly! Even when circumstances different, the staff accommodated the situations quickly and kept us client happy! I am very satisfied.

Would definitely recomment Storage King Swanson great Service, They helped us store our 4 bedroom house in one of their big size single garage, also gave us great advise on how to store our stuff as we were doing it ourselves definitely use them again if we need to store anything again. Also great customer service.
