Great service on the phone & at the front office. The whole process was very easy & we had our storage space within 12 hours. Extremely well maintained site.

Have never used a storage facility previously but found the experience to be very good from the ease of online booking to the contact with the onsite staff to finish up all the paperwork. The range of options was very easy to understand and the available storage capacities were clearly stated and backed up by good guidance as to what could be typically stored in each size. The staff were both pleasant and very professional and went to great lengths to go through all of the briefing regarding using the storage facility. The premises were very clean and well maintained and the subsequent communications I had with the facility were excellent.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Provided me the information ai required to make the best choice for my storage needs. They were really easy to talk with and knew the business of storage well

Storage King were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional from the first conversation I had with them. They are so efficient. Everything went like clockwork.

Helpfulness and knowledge of the staff helped us to make an easy transition to put our belongings into storage.
Storage facility has easy access, good ventilation and is super clean. Security is excellent and we feel very satisfied with the service.

Julie Dunlop was really good explaining the whole setup and answering all our concerns which gave us assurance and confident that our possessions were in good hands.

Great customer support

Moving houses and during enquiry it was understood that we could book storage for how many days we thought we would need and then get a refund for the days we did not need storage. initially we thought a week would be enough but settlement of new property was unknown so we decided to book for 2 weeks and then cancel if we no longer needed storage. ended up needing another storage unit and was booked straight to the same 2 week as the one before. 2 days later settlement was done and we had to move in, ended up using the storage for 3 days only, when I asked for the refund, I was told that that could not happen as they need 2 weeks cancellation in advance :| . paid for 2 units for 2 weeks and used only for 3 days. if that was clear from the beginning, we probably would have stayed with 2 units for a week and would try to extend if needed. Please ask all the questions always!! would have been a great experience if not for the financial aspect of it.
