The staff are always helpful and happy. The storage facility is clean and well maintained. I have no hesitation in recommening Storage King Everton Hills.

Straightforward and helpful. Explained protocols clearly and provided clear options. The one thing that may have been helpful was to emphasise that a specific unit may have no natural and very minimal supplied lighting.

I have been very pleased with the whole process. Staff were efficient, friendly and gave me options for different Storage Units. Since purchasing the unit, we have visited on a number of occasions and accessing the unit is easy and convenient. I have also popped into the office twice to purchase items (Duct tape etc) and again, staff were friendly and polite.
I purchased boxes from a rival storage company as, even with the ‘customer discount’, Storage King was more expensive.

I was only a short term customer, however I appreciated their clear communication and their genuine empathy shown when discussing the urgent need for a container after my Daughter had been a victim of severe domestic violence and the urgency to place her belongings in a safe environment. To the two lovely ladies who helped us, we can't thank you enough.

Plenty of storage space, as required. Clean and secure premises. Friendly and efficient service when making initial arrangements for storage.
