The staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. Very clean and modern storage facility.

The ladies at Storage King Everton Hills were above fantastic. Sarah and Julie were understanding of our needs and were flexible with helping us find the enough storage. They went out of their way to help us meet our moving deadlines and we cannot thank them enough. Would give 10 stars if if was allowed

Excellent effecient caring staff that go the extra mile for customer. Spottlessly clean with A1 multiple security measures. Peace of mind all round. 5 stars

All the way through the process, from making enquiries, to getting onsite and placing items into storage the staff were so helpful. The layout of the site is great and clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The whole process was quick & easy. I especially liked that I could talk to an actual person instead of everything being online. The online side is easy to negotiate & easy to understand.
I loved the fact that I was offered help with what size unit I needed, where and how to get my things there. They even helped with removal a company.
The depot staff were friendly, patient, accommodating
Explained where things were & processes very well.
The establishment looks very clean, & secure.

The first time we went the guy behind the counter was fantastic and got us sorted very quickly. He was great and the service was good.

I have had excellent help and support from Everton Hills, the staff there particularly Julie are always ready to help and give great advice. The sheds are always very clean and easy to access. It is an excellent facility.

I was a brand NEW customer/tenant to Storage King. I arrived to location with truck full of furniture following, only to discover I could NOT access the secure storage area (my code would not work 'access denied!').

It was saturday and due to removalist being late I had missed the Saturday trading hours. However, I had key and had been assured by Storage King staff, all would be easy to access over weekend, so did not think this would be an issue. But it was, being charged per hour by removalist, I had a panic attack!

The pin access I had been given to storage had not been set up correctly by Storage King staff, hence I could not access my allocated storage area.

After calling the emergency mobile on office door, luckily a Storage King staff member was still onsite working back, so could assist me quickly. Otherwise, it would have cost me a lot more 'removalist hours' while we waited for someone to come and fix the access problem.

I share this story, because Storage King staff and new tenants should check all is working OK, on/or day prior to arrival of furniture truck, to avoid this issue and stress.

Apart from this initial incident, I am very happy I chose to use Storage King
