Storage King have been fantastic with our needs, originally booked a 3/4 garage but when that wasn't big enough they put aside a full garage. Made moving all of our things in very easy!

Lots of hidden costs
Lots of hidden costs. I was quoted one price for the first 3 months, but this didn't include a setup and preparation fee.They have a big sign saying free move in truck, but then charge you per km to drive it. Another sign says free first month insurance but they also charged us for it. When signing up make sure you are clear on what is included, what other costs there are, and that they haven't charged you for what the sign next to you says is free.

Cannot speak highly enough of the Mitcham Storage King facility and staff. We were involved in a stressful move (downsizing and 30 day settlement after 25 years) and Eric at Mitcham recommended Movers for us who were fantastic and efficient and available to help us at short notice. Eric was also easy to talk to and his explanation of how the facility operates and can benefit us, left us feeling confident that we have made the right choice using and recommending Storage King to others. Rob & Sue.
