I ordered two children's caps for my neice and nephew, I ordered the caps at the beinging of January (10th) and they are due to visit on 28th January. I thought this would be plenty of time, It isnt!
First I had to chase the order up on ther "chat" which kicked me out a number of times! I eventually got on and was told the order was lost, it was reordered on 26th Jan and I was told it would be an express delivery, however when i checked on the 27th ( no update from LFC) I was told it would be 2-3 days due to covid. I cant believe it such poor poor service and told be told that the person on the chat that there was nothing that could be done but to return them when they come! I am a Red and attend the match, I wouldn't buy anything from the LFC on line store again!

Shocking. I was given a 2022 desk calendar as a gift - looks great, apart from at least two of the months are naff because the stat details on the player featured are wrong. I have not checked any more details. The shops initial response was ‘oh yes, we’ll change it’ . They then asked for an order number - I was embarrassed to ask the person who gave me the gift....the shop lost interest and have ignored my recent communications to them . Shame they are letting down a great team and great organisation . Shocking customer service.

My wife bought a gift for me from the club shop in 2020. It wasn’t right so I returned it onto a gift card, which expired in November 21. I wasn’t able to use it given various Covid related issues last year and so it expired. I contacted the club recently to ask for it to be extended only to be told no. We were open for the majority of the year was what I was told. The issue of the card is the tip of the iceberg for me. The customer service is shocking and as a customer I have never felt valued by them. As previous comments on here have stated the staff are rude, abrupt and don’t know what the word empathy means. If this is just the staff then that’s bad enough but it’s not it’s a culture within the organisation. We are Liverpool and so we don’t need to accommodate customers because more will come. Such arrogance in their approach to selling their overpriced merchandise. I won’t use their shops again and I’m a avid red.

The club wants to increase commercial revenues yet products in their own store for home/away/third kits is always out of stock whereas same stocks available through other outlets. How can that be good for the club of this magnitude. This needs looking into by Club and fast especially fans experience and poor reviews on this site.

Bought a retro shirt in the Black Friday deals. Package arrived a day early and appears perfect condition, this is a present for a friend but looks the part.

I mean I have no idea where to start. I have been ordering from Liverpool fc shop for YEARS and EVERY time there is an issue… either broken or missing items. Customer service is THE WORST I have ever experienced! Every single person is rude, not helpful, blunt and some of them even end the chat early without sorting it for you.

I don’t normally leave these reviews but enough is enough.

I am very disappointed with the online shop. I ordered a top and T-shirt for my 11 year old nephew for his birthday, we live in Australia. The goods were too small, my sister in law paid registered mail and returned them requesting bigger size or refund. Goods were returned - the exact same size, there was no explanation!
My sister in law chatted online and was told they were received after exchange timeline - Melbourne has been in lockdown and the Australian post deliveries were very very slow. She informed chat of this information. They did not accept this reason.
We now have returned to us a top and T-shirt that are too small.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Liverpool RC
I would appreciate someone from the club making contact with me and resolving this situation as a matter of ensuring customers queries are responded to in a satisfactory manner. My nephew is a passionate supporter of Liverpool FC.

Beware if you buy on-line. It's taught me a lesson.
I bought a XXL Jacket for my Husband from the On-Line Shop. I have been buying from here for years. I always buy XXL & it fits him perfectly. This time the Jacket was huge & would fit 2 x people. It was bought on a Black Friday Deal. I wanted to send the Jacket back but rather than an exchange I went to re-buy & was happy to wait for the refund. I went onto Web Chat to explain this but was told quite bluntly by Jessica L - I should have checked the size guide & they don't offer exchanges - she sent me the Link on the exchange Policy - that would have been the end of the Chat but I continued about the return, she said I would be refunded the £69.95 but the replacement would cost me £80.95 plus Carriage. Needless to say I will not be ordering the replacement & I suggest Jessica L is re-trained in Customer Service.

Just had an email saying I have to pay $28.00CND (£16.00GB)import duty on a baseball cap.
£50.00 for a baseball cap 🧢 lost for words

I tried to purchase an item whilst in the UK to be sent overseas on a Thursday, I failed. I tried again on a Friday, I failed. For some reason it worked on a Sunday. This is the worst e-website I have ever come across and communication with them was also poor. Next time i need a gift I will not be going to the LFC store for ideas.

Worst etail website I have come up against - trying to become a member shouldn't be this difficult - get it sorted

Courier company tampered my parcel and swapped out contents. LFC were very quick to offer a solution which meant my item was sent out again. Still no response from the courier company. Very happy with the way LFC didn't shirk their responsibility and offered a good solution.

I placed an order since the 6 september. I never received my delivery. I chat with them past 10 days almost every day wasting my time. They take all the details and then leave the chat. Another one join the chat and the same thing again. I requested a refund but it has not been processed yet

I have payed for two snoods and did not get an order receipt. I wrote them but no answer.

logged on to chat at 10am and 5 seconds when it opened was 39th in the queue i have been on for 2hrs 29 so far and was 7th now 9th??? I love Liverpool but the customer service is worst in the world

Items received in great condition and customer service was very good

I've purchased many items over the year's from LFC store and haven't had an issue. However on Saturday I decided to order myself a football shirt £69.99 plus add JFT 97 taking the total to £80 unfortunately I made a mistake and put JTF once I realised my mistake I tried contacting them which isn't easy to amend my order I ended up emailing via two different methods this I did just four hours after submitting my order but to no avail my shirt arrived today with my mistake! OK it's my fault but surely someone picked up my email! But obviously not! I also ordered a large which is a 16/18 I usually wear 14/16 so thought the shirt would be a bit lose but I'm ok with that I was wrong it's so small my 7yr old granddaghter could wear it but because I was stupid enough to have it printed I can't return it even though the sizing is absolutely ridiculous!!!

What a rip off and DON’T BUY FROM THIS CLUB. Sizes are small and when you send them back 3 months later you only get refund on one item last than the value you paid for. I lost £25.99…at your risk. Never will support this terrible club!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE I ordered a product from them to make a gift I paid for delivery the next day the courier did not come although he lied that he came but I can prove with the security cameras the third day from leaving the package to a neighbor and income only left his card in the mailbox and we were four people at home did not even use the ring bell after which I contacted the store and said I want to return because I no longer need it because it was not delivered the next day and it was supposed to be a gift for a birthday they returned my money on the product But the money for shipping not as if it was my fault

Ordered a kids home kit & keeper kit & was able to get free delivery & a discount with my Bluelight card. Site is easy to navigate. I ordered the evening of 13/6 & received today 15/6 via DPD who kept me informed of the delivery status. No issues, kits packed well on the kit hangers & kids love them. Cannot complain about the service, 10/10
