I don't trust Prada no more I ordered from prada.com at an ordering Prada sport it is not the same set that it was 5 years ago when I first ever tried it ever since they changed a new bottle and for a couple years it seems like it isn't the same my wife says it doesn't have that long-lasting smell I remember walking in a crowd and everybody smelling it and saying who smells so damn good and I'm not lying when I said it's women would literally say that I smell the best when I walk by them I got her nowhere people would ask me what are you wearing what are you wearing now they don't do that no more it doesn't last as long and it doesn't have that same smell instantly soon as you worry you know it was the best amount now I know for a fact that they changed the ingredients to lesser quality ingredients that's what I think to cut cost it definitely is not the same as it was back in 2019 something is definitely wrong

Ved udpakning konstaterede hun, at selve remmen var alt for langt, kunne nÊsten komme 2 gange rund. Simpelt konstruktion fejl.
Tasken blev lagt til siden, så hun kunne aflevere den nÊste gang vi var i byen.
Det gjorde vi i går d.13 august.
Ekspedienten kaldte på Engelsk talende manager.
Vi forventede at butikken vil sende tasken til deres vÊrksted, men sådan blev det ikke. Vanskelig opgave? Burde ikke vÊre med lidt fantasi og god vilje. Hun indrÞmmede, at den var for langt og forslå os, at aflevere tasken hos en skomager!!!
Jeg troede fÞrst det var en vittighed, men hun mente det alvorlig.
Vi afviste forslaget. Fejl designet taske til 12.000kr burde ordnes på deres vÊrksted.

Wanted to return one and the sales associate said she had another one in the small size I wanted. When I arrived she showed me the exact same bag I returned. She had no idea of the sizes. She only wanted to return my bag and cardholder if I would buy the small size online via a link she should sent me. Her name was Chuc le Trangh. Very bad sales lady. Ella from the Bijenkorf in Amsterdam was more helpful. And I am really happy with Jolanda. She helped me with the return and she was able to find a small size in the correct colour in France. And a matching cardholder in Italy. Jolanda is very friendly and she has a lot of sense of the Prada bags and the system. I wished more sales associates were like her.
The worst service I have ever received
The worst service I have ever received. They sent me a used and opened item, which I reported to their customer service upon receipt of the order. I waited a WEEK! until they find the culprits :) a week later I received permission to return (although according to EU law I could have done it without waiting so long). Also, all they could offer me was to order again, that is, pay them again for this purchase while I wait for a refund for the first order. Yes, they apologized, but I didnât receive anything else, I asked to exchange the item so that I wouldnât lose money twice - refusal. I requested express shipping by air - refusal (yes, this luxury brand does not provide express shipping like other brands) they could not even provide faster processing for my new order. Passed 2 days and my order still not shipped, i receiving excuses that they had holidays (although they were before I placed the second order). This is the kind of high service you can expect when purchasing from this brand, although their price implies otherwise. On top of everything else, it was a birthday present and I was very ashamed in front of the person who, upon opening it, saw that it had already been covered and used by someone. Also, they are blocking all comments and ignoring all negative feedbacks

Bought wife a $2,700 purse for mothers day. In under 30 days strap was falling apart. After 5+ calls to customer service the only solution is to send the purse to a store(no rma or responsibility for store) and tell them to look at it. We pay shipping.
With photo receipts and multiple calls they seem incapable to resolve even minor issues. All they have to do is replace the strap but that seems too complicated for the help they hired to absorb.
My ONLY solution to get this fixed is now to dispute charge and let credit card company go after them for defective product. To top that off I paid extra to have 2 day shipping. That is 2 days from when they package the product not order. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Sad thing was I've spent thousands for the wife with them and they burned a ongoing customer. They do not care and customer support should all be fired.

Returned detective sunglasses for repair or replacement. Prada authorised repair and offered Collecting from store. Due to travel I asked them to post at my expense and they never confirmed this would be done/ never received confirmation or promised call back.No tracking number offered either.
Turns out they sent to another customer with similar name. I found this out from the delivery POD when they sent finally. They also maintained that I had texted them the address (which I had never heard of)They are refusing to take responsibility for this. Apparently itâs my fault!! Totally their error and admin failure.

EXTREMELY disappointed
I am writing to express my disappointment with your Short Hills NJ location. If you are not the correct contact, I ask you kindly point me into the right direction.
As a Customer Care manager for a major luxury retailer, I am appalled that my boyfriend went to the Short Hills NJ location to purchase my gift of pink Prada World Cup sneakers.
He arrived at the location close to 6:45-6:50 pm on Thursday, February 23rd after he finished working. Please note, this location is not very close. He went to this location with the intent on purchasing my birthday gift. He knew exactly what he was purchasing and did not intend to shop. The security at the door advised no one is allowed in the store after 6:50 pm. He advised that he knows exactly what item he is purchasing and just needed to get it to the register. He was told again, he is unable to enter. Please take note that this location is noted as closing at 7 pm ET. I cannot understand why a sale would be turned down 10 minutes prior to closing. This brings me to believe this was a personal issue against him as there were 1 or 2 others already in the store. Therefore, what was the reason he was unable to enter?
To make the situation worse, he went back the next morning which was Friday within 2 hours of the location opening (again, this location is not close but he was told the previous day the item was available. Hence, why he went to this location) just to be told that the size needed and wanted the night prior JUST sold out the next morning for which he arrived again! This is very disheartening and extremely disappointing that customers and potential new clients to your Short Hills location would be treated this way.
I'm sure this email will go nowhere or be passed to a Customer Care advisor to respond with a template. But during these times when celebrating loved ones is crucial as many have been lost in the past years, this is how people are treated? And is this because he was a person of color?
I thank you for your attention and I will need to take this to social at this point.

J'ai commandé des lunettes à 370⬠sur Prada pour noël. C'est la premiÚre fois que j'achÚte sur leur site mais j'ai confiance car c'est une marque renommée. Au final, je reçois une boite TOTALEMENT SCELLÃE qui ne contient pas de lunettes mais uniquement l'étui et les emballages d'origine.
Je leur envoie un mail pour comprendre et ils me disent de voir avec DHL ?
Sauf que DHL me dit simplement que si la boite était bien scellée et livrée, le problÚme ne peut pas venir d'eux mais de PRADA. Et ils ont raison !! La boite a été envoyé comme ça. Je me retrouve quand même dans une situation financiÚre trÚs délicate à cause de cette perte mais Prada ne fait strictement rien, c'est révoltant. Je ne vous conseil pas d'acheter sur leur site.

Prada sells cheap crap for alot of money. Do not buy their sunglasses. The screws on the bows fall out - they "warranty" them for 30 days. Total joke. So at 31 days your own their stuff from China that you paid too much for. I bought 3 pairs of sunglasses, all frankly just fall apart.
Lazy...or just stupid?
I really didn't want to have to give Prada (one of my favourite brands) 1 star, but frankly I've no choice-I've never experienced such poor service! Ordered an item, promptly returned it, and nearly 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on a refund. Contacted their customer services, who chased the London store that the item was purchased from and they informed me that the refund would be with me very shortly....5 days later STILL no refund. Quite why its taking so long is baffling. Maybe they're too busy preening themselves to care, or perhaps they're just too stupid and/or lazy. Either way, it'll be my last time buying from Prada (directly, at least). AVOID!!
2 months and no refund
I have been waiting for almost 2 months to receive a refund for some shoes I posted back. Each time I phone I'm told a 'DHL Enquiry' is ongoing...nothing has changed, it's a complete 'computer says no' system. Don't buy from this online store.
Poor quality for the $$$ I paid
I purchased a white shirt dress from Prada store in midtown for 2k. Two weeks later logo came off after me washing carefully. Itâs such a waste of money. Went to the store and was told nothing they can do. Such a scam. If we pay $$$$ they should have a way to alter it or fix knowing the fact itâs poor quality. Absolutely horrible.

Less than a year and the leather wore off horribly. The leather tag is about to fall off and the store does not cover leather under their "warranty" - the warranty only covers hardware. They also don't offer cleaning for nylon. This is probably the lowest end luxury and worst repair policy, not worth.
