La ropa que venden es muy linda

I ordered an Prada Galliera on Saturday and the next week on Thursday I received the bag. From Paris to The Netherlands in less then a week during this Corona period. Very good. And the way they packed it was beautiful.

Just got my order, faster than promised. excited !!

Terrible customer services at Umeda daimaru Prada. I bought a Prada wallet at overseas Prada and the paper bag was spoilt when back to Japan.

Went to daimaru at Umeda to ask for a Paper bag while showing them the wallet. They took the wallet and took a while to check the serial number. But went back and tell they cannot provide a paper bag because this is not bought in Japan!

I though Prada is international brand!!! Hahaha... no more Prada in my life! Too bad

bought a pair of Prada sunglasses a couple of years ago through sunglass hut, Heathrow. The lenses have started to deteriorate and the polarisation has started to come off. I contacted Prada, they basically said it was nothing to do with them and I should go back to Sunglass hut, who have been equally unhelpful.
A friend of mine had the same issue with Ray Ban, they simply swapped the glasses for a new pair, no hassle.
I will not be buying anything from Prada again.

This must be by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with online shopping. I’ve ordered a briefcase, in stock according to the store. Directly after the order was placed, I got the confirmation and the same day I also receive the confirmation from DHL that the shipping is booked. So far so good right? Payment made in advanced of course. A few weeks later nothing has happened, the booking at DHL shows nothing more than the status from the first day. I’ve sent e-mails without any replies, I’ve called the customer support number which seems to be out of order. Complete silence. So frustrating and disappointing. I’d expect customer service, and just shipping the damn briefcase right away for that matter, to be utmost professional with regards to the brand. But this has left me with a bitter aftertaste.

Bought a jacket on 9 November for my nephew at £465 and the first time he tried it on the inner lining on the pocket tore just by opening the button. Asked Prada to replace it with the exact same jacket and they refused. Told me to send the jacket to them and they will forward to Italy to their repair lab and get back to me with the results of their investigation in a few weeks!

In the meantime, I am minus the jacket and the cash! Not at all happy with their lack of customer service.

I've had my man purse for over 2 years and it looks as good as new still. Strong product, attentive salespeople and everything you'd expect of a high end luxury fashion house.

Ordered some very expensive shoes online. They promised it would be send out on time. After 10 days the order is refused and the customer service does not provide any information nor replies to our messages. I definetely do not recommend this website.

Ordered over a week ago. Had contact with Prada.com on their webchat but they are not able to give any information on when my order will eventually ship.... Do not buy here if you expect decent customer service..

Horrible service, I paid almost 40$ on overnight shipping but they take a week to process my sale even tho it says online available in 4 different stores, awful, then I call and the lady is nothing but co descending and telling that there’s nothing she could do to expedite my order, buy from another site not their own, Prada.com so overpriced for such awful service!

I have purchase a expensive wallet a few year ago. I used it a bit but the closure bottom didn't want to close any more. So I call to customer service and the only thing they could do was tell me that they will have to send it I don't know we're and that I will have to pay to get it fix, for real? after paying so much for a small wallet then can't even offer me a one time free service? I can't believe that a company like this are so cheap with there customers. All they want is our money. So many other small companies that offer great customer service , I had a coffee maker the broke aftern one year and I call customer service and they send me a brand new one. What a shame for Prada, so big company with no customer service.

J’ai acheté une veste à capuche dans une boutique agrée Prada. Au bout de quelques mois, les cordons de serrage s’effilochent, et un joli petit trou apparaît sur la couture de la capuche. J’envoie donc une lettre et photo à l’appui au siège Prada Paris, pour avoir une explication. Pour une veste à un prix assez conséquent, on s’attend à un minimum de qualité. Bien évidemment, aucun retour de leur part, le prix du timbre est assez cher? Du coup, je suis parti recoudre le trou chez un tailleur… On peut acheter des vêtements de meilleure qualités dix fois moins cher, pour ne pas citer Zara. Moralité, cher ne rime pas forcément avec qualité !

on 29.06.17 i purchaed few items from e-store. until now (11.06.17) i did not receive the order confirmation. on their web says that shipping is 2-4 days!!! when i mailed customer service they said that it can takes couple of days extra because they are busy... seriously?! you can not even sent the order confirmation?! the phone to customer service (+800 8007232) dose NOT work...
I was a regular customer of Prada and this was my first and last purchase in the e-store.
SHAME ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PRADA...
