One of the products they sent me looked like it was used. It did not work, so I had to return it before I could get another one. Replacement policy is not very good.

Part was exactly what I needed. Did not know about need to cut posts but that worked out fine.
Screw was very difficult to insert without stripping phillips head - had to back out and use soap to lube it - now all is fine.

It could be a little quicker on shipping ordering direct from their website. But they are very fast shipping when it goes through amazon.com. Great company to deal with items as advertised.
