Received exactly what I ordered and worked right out of the box the way it is supposed to and the price seemed fair. Hard to ask for more than that.

Fast delivery order was correct. Only concern was shipping cost was higher than purchase.

Though shipment was delayed one day due to inclement weather in the Houston area, the circuit board arrived quickly. Preferred Door remained in contact with me through the entire time. I am well pleased with the whole ordeal.

Exactly as stated, very responsible company.

eyebolts were supplied with the proper hex nuts eliminating
the need to check the correct thread size.
The hex nuts were the lock type hex nuts as there is less of
a chance to loosen due to vibration as the garage door is activated.
