I really like the filament color chooses and the way that my things turn out. It is definitely good quality. I mistakenly did not make the correct adjustments to something that I was making and I had all I could do to get the tree supports off of it. The material is very strong and durable for sure. It was my mistake not the product.

Customer service for Sunlu has become terrible!! Purchased multiple rolls of PLA on Amazon last year to stock up and kept them sealed in their factory vacuum sealed packages to use when needed. Opened a roll of transparent PLA yesterday and not only wouldn’t it feed in my AMS but it kept snapping every few inches in manual. Then attempted to dry the filament and the entire spool came apart like an explosion. Emailed support and was sent a form email basically telling me to kick rocks the filament is out of warranty! Sunlu used to be dependable and the last few times purchased their product has been garbage. Time to move on to another manufacturer since they don’t give a hang about keeping my business. — feeling pissed.

You have GREAT products, excellent choices in colors and - they're almost always in stock.

that was amazing experience. will never look back and buy from third parties, since this was really fresh filament, right from producer of it, and price was accordingly perfect!

I’d give zero stars if i could. You say you are sending out special but nobody like me ever gets the special stuff no matter how much I buy. They come in wrapped in plastic and all the boxes are crushed. No the box doesn’t matter unless you want to store and stack and they can’t stack because they are crushed and looks terrible on my shelf. You’ll never get my business again

Gosto muito do filamento de você, se puder e estiver em um preço bom eu sempre vou dar preferência para o seu filamento, porém a entrega é muito demorada, pedi um filamento na sexta feira e até hoje não chegou.
Prefiro comprar na Amazon que chega bem mais rápido.
Porém na Amazon tem outros concorrentes e pode ser que não compre o seu filamento.

Shipping and inventory are good, the stock sometimes comes in crushed bloxes but has not yet effected the quality of the product. Get the shipping assurance, it is worth it. Prices are standard.

Love the quality of the filament. I have always been satisfied with it and it is always my first choice to go for.

Prints well, but every single box was crushed. Not like from shipping but like it was stored that way.
