Package wasn’t received or was stolen and support team sent a pic of the package on the porch and basically told me I’m out of luck even paying for protection

Great prices, products and delivery. Could be better: sorting filaments, default warehouses (if users are from Europe, we don't need to sort through US stock to find out we can't order it to Europe).
Availability could be better, but can't have good prices and overflowing stock at the same time..

Use sunlu because it works the best for me. Order was delivered as stated in updates. Prices were good also.

GOOD EXPERIANCE
Found what I was looking for easily. Easy checkout. I had some issues with delivery tracking. It was delivered undamaged and packaged very well.

Good luck getting what you paid for
Delivery company did not deliver the product. Contacted support and got nowhere so far... They use some company that can't find addresses. We get multiple packages a week.

Packaging was very bad
Packaging was very bad, plastic outer paper was ripped and torn in multiple places. Several filament boxes corners were crushed from package being tossed around. Fortunately I have several reusable spoons to exchange. Use boxes for large orders, plastic wrap doesnt hold up.

Communication is terrible
Communication is terrible. I've emailed numerous times with no response. I'm a volume buyer, and i'm buying some other outlets now waiting on responses coming back for my filament dryers. I understand they're on back order. However, an email response would be fantastic
