Hello,
When trying to buy filament, having to order three rolls from each type (PLA, PLA+, etc) is not customer friendly. If I only need 2 rolls of PLA, and 3 rolls of PETG, I can only order the PETG from you. It means I will go looking other places.

They have a great color collection and really fast shipping!

Today I received a response from SUNLU offering me a 50% coupon for purchasing my replacement. This STILL does not stand behind their policy which I have pasted below:

一、14 DAYS REFUND & RETURN
All returns for refund must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all parts & accessories included and all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS AND RETURN EXPENSE STATEMENT
To return an item, please email customer service (had to remove address) to obtain the address information you need regarding of returning the products. Please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return through a trackable method.

*Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please kindly understand.*

*If the machine was damaged by shipping or quality, we will cover the shipping cost for exchange and refund. But please have to send email to use to talk with us at first.*

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and refund to you through your payment path.

MY FIRST REVIEW
The packaging it was shipped in was just a plastic mailing envelope and one of my spools was broken which prevented me from using it in my AMS 2. When I sent pictures and asked for a replacement or refund as clearly stated in their refund policy that if items were damaged they would pay for the return shipment and replace it. But what they answered me back was they would give me 30% off a new roll for me to buy and I could keep the broken one. I answered back. That didn't work for me. I just wanted my replacement and it's been 2 days and they have yet to respond.

First and foremost, Sunlu doesn't care about you. Ive tried reaching out in every way possible and they just don't care. They sell garbage filament that constantly cracks and breaks pieces, jamming your ams machines. They advertise flourescent colors that dont do anything in any UV light, then don't care after your purchase. Sunlu owns a lot in the 3d printing world, so they don't care. They even got me banned from Tik Tok because I brought light to their "mystery box" as well. 50k views and I was knocked out. P.S. its just massive rolls of filament they couldn't sell. I got 10 kilos of two 5 kg rolls of silver. Again, no response. They don't care, and for two dollars extra a roll, you can get filament that works properly from any other company that actually wants your business. Customer service is what keeps people coming back, and Sunlu doesn't even have that department. Avoid Sunlu like the plague. I have a ton of filament, and Sunlu will NEVER be a part of it again.

The prices and availabilities. But a nother good marketing idea would be to show a number of Prints along with files and Tips, next to relevant rolls of filament so we can see what we can get out of the roll.
