Snags in Every Roll
Every roll of Sunlu filament I have used has destroyed the project because the filament was tangled inside the roll. Often in more than one place. This snag/tangle keeps the filament from unwinding and moving through the printer head. So, the project continues but is ruined because no filament is coming out. Every roll.

The most recent spool was trash, obviously wet causing horrible stringing. Color nothing like the color in advertising.

Shipping is terribly slow
Shipping is terribly slow. It states : shipping in 3-7 business days. They created a label to show it was shipped but now stalled out with no progress. It has been 5 already! I don’t expect it anytime soon either! If I had paid for shipping I would be even more upset. Just because you created a label doesn’t count at a shipped product. Please do better.

their dryers work extremely well and are power efficent
i just wish more filament was available in Australia at the same price as the sunlu store even a little more for getting it here. i feel like iam being ripped of when i see it much dearer at the store that has the most filament

My packages never arrive on time. They are always late. I have to buy other rolls off amazon now!! I love Sunlu but they need to do better with shipping.

Good experience
Good experience. Filament shopping is a little convoluted to find exactly what you want.
Filament shipment is abysmal. Shipped in bags, and boxes / vacuum seal get damaged. 5 out of 10 boxes were signficantly damaged, with 1 vacuum seal busted. No response from customer service on fixing the issue.
Product is great though!
